One Virginia school district was so hell bent on implementing a transgender bathroom and locker room policy, it willfully concealed the fact that two young teen girls had already been violently raped by a skirt-wearing “gender fluid” individual using the district’s open policy to prey on his victims.
If HR 15 passes, there will be no way to protect YOUR daughters and granddaughters from skirt-wearing rapists using open bathroom laws to target their next victim.
There are 212 Democrats in the U.S. House pushing the “Equality Act.” They only need six Republicans to pass the bill. We must hold the line.
Demand Congress VOTE NO on HR 15. Then read on to learn what parents in this school district are doing to protect their children, and what you can do right now to protect YOURS. — Mat

May 28, 2021, was one of the worst days of Scott Smith’s life. His daughter, a 9th grader at Loudoun County’s Stone Bridge High School, was violently raped in the school bathroom by a “gender fluid,” skirt-wearing boy. The school district had been allowing students to use any bathroom.
Police were called and the young man was charged with, and later found guilty, of two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio. The insanity of the LGBTQ agenda caused this tragedy. And HR 15 will expand it far and wide.
It didn’t take long for word to travel through the community, especially since Loudoun County Public Schools was so dead set on formalizing its transgender bathroom policies no matter the cost. Parents flooded the next school board meeting on June 22.
But when parents demanded answers, the school board and the superintendent delivered LIES.
Superintendent Scott Ziegler told a packed school board meeting that “we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms.”
That was a bald-faced lie. Just three weeks before, on the very day of the girl’s assault and subsequent call to police, Ziegler himself had emailed the entire school board that the assault had been reported.
Ziegler also told the audience that "the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist." This, too, was a lie. Ziegler not only knew who the cross-dressing young man was, but he had already transferred the boy to another Loudoun County school.
Scott Smith steamed while sitting in the audience listening to LGBTQ “advocates” insist that his daughter was a liar, when in fact it was the school board and superintendent who were lying.
When Scott stood and raised his objections, the board had Scott arrested and sent to jail for 10 days and banned from future school board meetings.
In October of that year, four months after Scott’s daughter was sexually assaulted, the skirt-wearing rapist took advantage of the district’s bathroom policy at his new school to rape yet another young teen girl. The young man was later convicted of first-degree rape in that incident.
A blistering grand jury report later accused the school district of failing to adequately respond to reports of sexual assault.
The grand jury report said the LCPS had a "stunning lack of openness, transparency and accountability, both to the public and to the special grand jury" regarding the rapes. The report further stated the LCPS “failed at every juncture” by protecting its own interests above the safety of students.
The report also specifically criticized Ziegler for lying about Scott’s daughter’s rape at the June 2021 school board meeting.
Unfortunately, it would take the election of a new state governor, Glenn Youngkin, to get rid of the scheming superintendent. A Youngkin spokeswoman told reporters that “the Loudoun County school board's foremost concern should be protecting students after a sexual assault occurred in their bathrooms. On day one the governor ordered an investigation and following the Attorney General's probe, Superintendent Ziegler was fired and indicted."
Despite getting a new superintendent this year, Loudoun County parents have little faith in the school district or its board.
Protect America’s children.
Even Christian schools will no longer be a safe place if Congress passes HR 15 — the so-called “Equality Act.” Much like the rights of a skirt-wearing rapist were “respected” above the rights of the girls he raped, the Equality Act eliminates the rights of anyone who stands against the LGBTQ agenda.
Schools will be forced to allow “gender fluid” individuals into all school bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers. Teachers will be forced to use false pronouns and fake names to address their students, and no one — not you, your church, your Christian school, or your pastor — will be allowed to discuss God’s design for family and gender without being charged with a crime.
Every American child’s future is at stake. Please, fax Congress NOW and demand they VOTE NO on HR 15. The Democrats only need six more Republicans to join them, and HR 15 will be the law of the land … and the students of Loudoun County or even your own county will no longer have a safe place to learn.
