One Florida surgeon is openly breaking state and federal law, performing genital mutilation surgery on girls as young as 13. Despite complaints to state and federal authorities, the clinic run by Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher, who dubs herself “Teetus Deletus,” is open for business — so long as “patients” come with cash.
The doctor is now reportedly under investigation by the State of Florida. But if HR 15 passes the U.S. Congress, there will be nothing Florida officials can do to stop this monster from advertising horrific surgeries to vulnerable young girls. Please, fax Congress now and demand they VOTE NO on HR 15. Then read on. —Mat
Demand Congress VOTE NO on HR 15.

Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher calls herself “Dr. Teetus Deletus.” You heard me right. She has more than 280,000 followers on Tik Tok, which the doctor admits is the source of most of her victims. The Coral Gables, Florida-based plastic surgeon’s online postings openly advertise her mutilating surgeries to minors. The doctor’s catchphrase, “Yeet the Teets,” is emblazoned on a plaque on her office wall.
“Yeet,” as defined by the Cambridge Dictionary, means to “throw something with a lot of force.” In Gen Z slang, the word means to “violently throw a worthless object.”
In one Tik Tok post, Gallagher posed with a sad face under the caption next to a bare-chested woman bearing scars where her breasts were removed with these words: “I only get to Yeet 4 Teets this week,” followed by a string of crying emojis. This woman is sick! And so is HR 15 pending in Congress because it will make nuts like this woman spread like a disease.
And to ensure she gets the most patients possible, Gallagher claims on her site that it can be “much more detrimental” to wait until a girl is 18 to remove healthy breasts.
In one video, Dr. Gallagher reassures teen patients that they need not be nervous about seeking her services, claiming that “gender affirmation is medically necessary so it’s rare we give a hard ‘no.’”
Grace Lidinsky-Smith was one of Dr. Gallagher’s victims. A New York resident, Grace saw Dr. “Teetus Deletus” social media advertisements online. Grace had been on cross-sex hormones for only four months, yet all it took was a short phone consultation with Gallagher, and Grace was scheduled for a double mastectomy.
“The day I got my first testosterone shot, I wept with joy,” Grace says. “I thought I had discovered my path to self-actualization as a transgender man. One year later, I would be curled in my bed, clutching my double-mastectomy scars and sobbing with regret.”
“My gender dysphoria, which I had taken as proof that I was truly meant to live as male, turned out to stem from other mental health issues. My change had been a brutal mistake, and I would have to live with the consequences — numb scars, no breasts, a deepened voice — for the rest of my life.”
Dr. Gallagher, however, is NOT hurting. An inquiry to the doctor’s office revealed that Gallagher is more than happy to perform “top surgery” even on girls as young as 13 years old, with a letter from any “therapist” and payment of 9,500 to 11,500 dollars.
It’s surprising that Gallagher is still able to keep her medical license, as the Florida is one of 41 states that ban female genital mutilation (FGM) surgery on the state level, matching federal bans on the gruesome practice.
Child “sex-reassignment surgeries” are, by definition, “female genital mutilation,” a practice banned under federal law and around the world. Federal law defines FGM as “any procedure performed for non-medical reasons that involves partial or total removal of, or other injury to, the external female genitalia.”
But Dr. Gallagher is apparently unafraid. In a recent New York Times interview, Gallagher bragged that she performs about 40 “top surgeries” a month, with at least two of them performed on minors. According to The Times, Gallagher’s average teen patient is just 15, though she has removed the breasts of girls as young as 13.
Keeping up with the math, Dr. “Teetus Deletus” is raking in approximately 40,000 dollars per month performing mutilating surgeries. No wonder so many doctors are rushing to cash in on the gender-bending trend.
Five separate organizations filed formal complaints against Dr. Gallagher with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for her misleading advertising to children. The organizations also sent separate complaints to Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, who according to press reports, forwarded the complaints to the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Department of Children and Families.
Joe Biden’s FTC has ignored the complaints. And the State of Florida won’t be able to shut down Gallagher’s twisted child predator practice IF Congress passes HR 15. The so-called “Equality Act” will force all states to allow child sex changes. It will also force all doctors — even committed Christians — to perform such surgeries or face “discrimination” charges from the U.S. Department of Justice.
Please, help us stop the insanity! We must protect vulnerable teens from the likes of Dr. Gallagher and their extremely lucrative illegal surgeries. House Democrats only need six more Republicans to join them to pass HR 15, and this atrocity will be the law of the land. Our Capitol Hill staff tell us this bill is terrifyingly close to passing.
While our team in D.C. is working with members of Congress, it is imperative that members also hear from you. Even if you have sent faxes, do so again. I cannot emphasize enough the danger of this bill.
Next week, we will file our reply for Sandra Merritt at the U.S. Supreme Court. She is the pro-life hero prosecuted for revealing Planned Parenthood’s gruesome “baby parts for sale” scheme.
Keep working for freedom and, as always, please KEEP PRAYING!
