Gender-bending schools ...

Gary* is a high school gym teacher serving the Lord by guiding the physical education needs of his town’s youth. Gary’s job requires that he is present with the young boys when they change in the locker room for gym class.

But “woke” administrators at his high school decided that students should use the bathrooms and locker rooms of their choice. Gary found himself in a dilemma. A confused young woman demanded to be allowed to use the boys’ locker room. The school did not want to tell the boys or their parents and wanted Gary to lie to them about the girl. What was Gary to do?

As a Christian, a father, and just a decent human male, Gary objected to being forced to watch a girl undress in his locker room. But the woke school district insisted Gary violate the tenants of his faith, as well as common sense, or lose his job.

Gary is just one of the teachers and parents Liberty Counsel is representing across the country who are being forced to comply with the radical LGBTQ agenda that violates their faith, biological science, and good sense.

Planned Parenthood’s free speech bans ...

Colleen and Becky have dedicated their lives to assist scared young women seeking abortion at their local Harrisburg, PA, abortion clinic. The two women provide quiet one-on-one conversations, peaceful sidewalk counseling, and prayer while distributing life-affirming literature.

Afraid of losing the opportunity to abort more children, Planned Parenthood leaned on the City of Harrisburg to ban prayer, pro-life literature distribution, or speech anywhere near its abortion clinic. As a result of the city’s unlawful speech ban, one may talk about or distribute anything in the “buffer zone,” as long as their speech or literature is not pro-life.

Tomorrow, Liberty Counsel will file a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court asking the High Court to take up this critical case to strike down the City of Harrisburg’s unlawful revocation of religious speech and viewpoints. We are also asking the Court to overrule its 2000 decision in Hill v. Colorado, which the Supreme Court Justices have also criticized as wrongly decided.

Protecting the Right to Life ...

In Arizona: Pro-death groups in Arizona and Florida are attempting to overturn the states’ bans on abortion. Arizona had banned abortion since before the Civil War. Planned Parenthood is fighting to overturn that ban. Liberty Counsel filed briefs before the Arizona Supreme Court.

In Florida: When the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe, little changed in Florida. That’s because an activist Florida Supreme Court’s 1989 decision, In re. T.W., made Florida an abortion destination state.

We filed two critical briefs at the Florida Supreme Court. If the 15-week ban is upheld, the six-week ban goes into effect, and the terrible 1989 decision will be overruled. Florida will no longer be an abortion destination.

Freedom of the Press ...

Sandra Merritt’s undercover journalism made worldwide news in 2015 when her reporting revealed that the world’s largest abortion provider was engaged in an unlawful human organ trafficking operation.

Not a single Planned Parenthood executive or employee was charged. Instead, then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris instigated criminal charges against Sandra for exposing Planned Parenthood’s crimes. When Harris moved on to the U.S. Senate and Xavier Beccera became the AG, he continued the charges against Sandra.

Planned Parenthood heavily contributed to both Harris and Becerra’s political careers. Harris is now the Vice President and Beccera is the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The Planned Parenthood executives are free and unpunished, yet Sandra Merritt faces YEARS in prison for exposing its crime.

Sandra’s criminal trial begins in November.

Liberty Counsel has many other cases pending. Some of our cases include the fight to overturn bans on Christian counseling, pushing back the LGBTQ agenda seeking to crush religious freedom, and much more.

There is a common element in the opposition to our work — Planned Parenthood and the vicious LGBTQ agenda.

The Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision overturned the five decades of bloodshed wrought by Roe v. Wade. Planned Parenthood, the world’s largest abortion provider, is fighting hard to overturn any law that cuts further into its business. It has aligned with the LGBTQ agenda to move into another profit center — “gender affirmation” services. Not content to murder children in the womb, Planned Parenthood’s new services work to fulfill founder Margaret Sanger’s evil eugenics dream — castrating and sterilizing young men and women before they are ever able to procreate.

Planned Parenthood has also joined forces with the LGBTQ agenda to enforce its anti-science biological insanity through the U.S. Congress via HR 15.

HR 15, the so-called “Equality Act” seeks to put LGBT & Q on the same level as racial discrimination and will legalize ALL abortions.

We must STOP HR 15. Now 212 Democrats have co-sponsored this bill. They only need six Republicans to join them, and this religious-freedom- ending, baby-killing bill will be the law of the land. Flood Congress NOW with your demand they VOTE NO on HR 15!
