Joe Biden knows the current U.S. Supreme Court will not allow him to enact further shutdowns, force dangerous shots on unwilling Americans, or censor the speech of political opposition. So, Biden is trying to pull a fast one by preparing to sign a treaty that would put United Nations subsidiaries in charge of such actions with the force of international law.
Support is growing in Congress for a set of bills that would stop Joe Biden’s plan to allow United Nations subsidiaries to change our laws and dictate our national policies from health to travel and even censorship of American media and individual speech. But both bills are stuck in committee. Unless we act NOW, before Biden signs the WHO's Pandemic Treaty or the amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), America will be run by the United Nations' WHO.
Can the WHO really gain such global authority over the United States?
Sadly, the answer is "YES!" And that is what Joe Biden intends to do unless we stop him! The template has already been laid by the Bushes, Clinton, and Obama. In 1948, the Senate ratified the WHO treaty. In 2005, George W. Bush unilaterally signed America on to the WHO's revised IHR.
In 1992, under George H.W. Bush, the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change was ratified by the Senate. In 1997, Bill Clinton unilaterally signed America on to the Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Then in 2016, Obama unilaterally signed America on to the Paris (Climate) Accord. — Mat

This year, Biden's envoy to the WHO, Pamela Hamamoto, told the World Health Assembly that Biden "is committed to the Pandemic Accord, to form a major component of the global health architecture for generations to come."
But Biden hasn't asked permission from Congress; neither has he asked for Senate consent. The U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 2 clearly states that the President "shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur" (emphasis added).
HR 1425 states that "any convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response reached by the World Health Assembly ... is deemed to be a treaty that ... requires the advice and consent of the Senate, with two-thirds of Senators concurring."
According to the U.S. Senate's own website (with which Joe should be familiar considering his 36 years as a senator), "[t]reaties are binding agreements between nations and become part of international law. Treaties to which the United States is a party also have the force of federal legislation, forming part of what the Constitution calls "the supreme Law of the Land."
To put it simply, ANY instrument that commits Americans "for generations to come" to actions in league with other countries should be considered a treaty, and approved as such by the U.S. Senate, as constitutionally charged.
"The United Nations-linked World Health Organization is a corrupt organization that President Trump got us out of, but President Biden disgracefully rejoined," Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-WI) said upon introducing HR 1425.
"The United States should be in charge of our own pandemic policy; we should never outsource that power to an international bureaucracy that behaves like a puppet of Communist China," Rep. Tiffany continued. "This legislation puts congressional oversight and transparency into what otherwise could be bad medicine for America’s public health."
On the other side of Congress, Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) has introduced identical legislation, S 444, which now has 47 co-sponsors.
"The W.H.O., along with our federal health agencies, failed miserably in their response to COVID-19," Sen. Johnson said. "This failure should not be rewarded with a new international treaty that would increase the W.H.O.'s power at the expense of American sovereignty."
However, both bills are stuck in their respective Foreign Affairs committees. Members of Congress will not be able to put these bills to a full vote until those committees release the bills. Rep. Tiffany and Sen. Johnson need YOUR help now to pressure the House and Senate Foreign Affairs committees to release those bills and House Speaker Mike Johnson to bring these bills to a full floor vote.
