In 2020 and 2021, the six pharmaceutical companies competing to become “the” COVID shot provider spent over 59 million dollars lobbying Congress. And in 2020 alone, more than 2/3 of the congressional members accepted Big Pharma checks for their reelection campaigns.

The pharmaceutical industry was among the top 20 contributors to the last campaign of Maine Gov. Janet Mills.

When Big Pharma released its experimental, untested COVID shots, Maine Gov. Janet Mills chose to become a medical dictator. Abandoning constitutional law and good scientific reason, Mills ordered every Maine health care employer to abandon religious freedom laws and force each and every employee to get jabbed with the controversial shots. Those who requested religious accommodation were fired.

There’s good reason why the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires vaccines to undergo a minimum of 7-10 years of testing before being released to the public. Even in normal circumstances, more than 93% of all vaccines FAIL and are REJECTED during clinical trials due to the dangerous side effects that often do not come to light until months, if not years, after the shot was given.

We now know that Pfizer — which spent more than 21 million dollars lobbying Congress in 2020 and 2021 — LIED to the FDA and Congress about its COVID clinical trials. It turns out that the shot Pfizer released to the public had only been tested on 252 people worldwide.

We also know that some of the Pfizer jabs were contaminated with Simian Virus 40 (SV40), a monkey virus that causes rapidly growing “super cancers.” Pfizer knew it too but hid this information from the regulators.

Multiple lawsuits are now forming against the company, including one led by the Texas attorney general who attests that Pfizer pulled a ‘bait and switch’ on the FDA, Congress, and all of America.

And, of course, we have known since the beginning that the COVID shots utilized aborted fetal cells in the development and/or testing phase. That alone prohibited many Christians and religiously faithful individuals from taking the shot.

Since their release, the mRNA shots have been linked to a sickening list of deadly, life-altering side effects, including myocarditis, rapidly growing “super cancers,” miscarriages, paralysis, blood clots, once rare leukemias, and more. These side effects and more were already coming to light throughout Mills’ unconstitutional forced shot mandates.

But Mills REFUSED to revoke her unlawful orders. Perhaps that’s because Big Pharma was among the top 20 industries to contribute to Mills’ campaign. Or maybe she’s just a tyrant who doesn’t actually believe in the oath she took to uphold the Constitution.

Either way, Mills’ actions — summarily disregarding federal religious accommodation rights — weren’t just dangerous, they were unlawful. 

Mills’ actions also wreaked havoc on Maine’s already severe medical professional shortage. Health care workers presented with a choice of getting the unlawful jab or losing their job fled Maine (if they could) or found whatever work they could wrangle in the shutdown state.

One of our plaintiffs, a lead OR nurse with two decades of experience and a master’s degree in nursing, found herself performing construction work just to keep the lights on, thanks to Mills’ unlawful orders.

Gov. Mills wants this case to go away quietly. The state of Maine argues that the case should be dismissed since the state no longer mandates the COVID shots. However, Mills caused harm to thousands of health care workers by unlawfully prohibiting employers from granting federally required Title VII religious exemptions. Mills also threatened to revoke the licenses of all employers that failed to mandate the shot to their employees.

These unlawful actions resulted in the FIRING of workers, forcing them to choose between their livelihoods and violating their religious beliefs … all over an experimental drug now shown to be ineffective and dangerous.

Simply rescinding the shot mandate does not erase the damage Mills did to these health care heroes. Furthermore, Mills REFUSES to guarantee that she will not return to her unlawful actions in the future. Gov. Mills is trying to get this case dismissed to avoid being held accountable for her unlawful actions.

Maine cannot ignore federal law by summarily dismissing employees who have sincerely held religious objections to the experimental COVID shots. Gov. Mills cannot create her own laws that ignore the Free Exercise Clause or Title VII. The merits of this case cry out for justice because the state has failed to guarantee it will not repeat its unconstitutional actions in the future. Put simply, Mills MUST be held accountable for the injury she has caused.
