Drug manufacturer Novavax just received Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for a drug that no longer works. But that’s what happens when a company with immensely powerful friends throws money and political gravitas around Washington, D.C., and Geneva, Switzerland.

Unfortunately, that’s just a peek into how multinational corporations will abuse the system if Joe Biden signs the upcoming World Health Organization (WHO) Pandemic Treaty and International Health Regulations (IHR).

Unless we can raise a huge outcry NOW and demand Congress vote YES on HR 1425 and S 444, the U.N. and its subsidiaries will dictate and control America’s entire health care system — even ordering us to MANDATE forced vaccinations from a drug company that can’t pass FDA (Food and Drug Administration) safety standards.

But there is light on the horizon. My staff met with high-ranking congressional staffers Friday, and we have a plan. Read on. —Mat


According to Reuters, “Novavax missed out on the COVID-19 vaccine windfall, which benefited mRNA rivals, due to manufacturing issues that delayed its filing for regulatory approval during the peak of the pandemic.”

So, what did Novavax do? They hired lobbyists.

For the 10 years leading up to the 2020 COVID “crisis,” Novavax spent an average of 61,000 dollars a year lobbying Congress. In 2020, Novavax’s lobbying expenditure shot up to 280,000 dollars. Suddenly, this drugmaker, which had never succeeded in getting any vaccine through clinical trials, was awarded 1.6 billion in U.S. taxpayer dollars to try to develop a COVID vaccine.

But despite the threefold increase in lobbying expenditures and the billion-and-a-half-dollar gift from the American people, Novavax’s COVID shot was plagued with “manufacturing” problems, preventing the company from bringing the shot to market.

By the end of 2021, Novavax was “struggling to produce shots that meet regulators’ quality standards,” according to a Politico investigation. So Novavax doubled its lobbying, spreading around 480,000 dollars on glad-handing politicians.

And Bill Gates went to work on the WHO. Novavax was one of the drug companies to which Gates’ charities invested hundreds of millions as part of his “COVAX” venture, a “nonprofit” Gates helped form to get paid by the WHO to dispense COVID shots.

When Novavax couldn’t pass regulatory standards, Gates’ COVAX program became “even more at risk of an already-downgraded 2021 target for providing Covid vaccines” to fulfill their WHO obligations.

On December 17, 2021, despite Novavax’s clear safety and manufacturing issues, the World Health Organization granted Emergency Use Authorization status to the drugmaker anyway, ordering all 194 member nations to accept the Novavax drug.

As you may recall from my earlier emails, Bill Gates was the WHO’s largest funder that year, even as his “charities” lobbied the WHO to pay them billions for COVID shot distribution.

Unless Congress acts, Joe Biden is about to give the WHO authority, not only over America but also over the entire world.

By the time Novavax was finally able to produce its COVID shot, the original COVID variant it was intended to fight had disappeared. No matter, the WHO began dispensing the drug overseas while the company simply upped its U.S.-based lobbying efforts again, spending nearly as much in 2022 as it did in the previous 10 years combined.

Eight months later, the FDA followed the WHO’s recommendation, granted the now-useless Novavax drug “Emergency Use Authorization” despite the fact that the company (1) had never produced a fully FDA-approved vaccine, (2) continued to be beset by manufacturing issues, (3) knew that their drug was causing heart problems in patients, and (4) knew the shot was designed to treat a virus variant that no longer existed.

Unfortunately, the WHO has a clear pattern of doing whatever its top donors want, often to the detriment of its member nations. No one has spent more money at the WHO than Bill Gates.

This week, the WHO approved Novavax’s “updated” COVID shot, even though Novavax was just forced to settle a class action securities lawsuit over its first COVID shot. And like that last shot, the Omicron variant the drug was designed for has disappeared. In other words, the new Novavax is worthless. But the WHO wants everyone to use it anyway.

At present, the U.S. is not bound to obey the WHO. But all that will change if Joe Biden signs the upcoming WHO Pandemic Treaty and International Health Regulations.

These documents, both in name and action, are treaties backed with the force of international law. As such, the Constitution requires 2/3 Senate approval. But Joe doesn’t plan to do that. Instead, Biden is pushing forward to force America under the WHO — whether the American people like it or not.

But there is hope.

Last week my staff met with high-ranking congressional officials strategizing how to block Biden’s new world order ploy. HR 1425 and S 444 make it clear that America WILL NOT be bound by any international treaty or instrument Biden signs without the constitutionally required Senate approval.

And as it stands right now, there is no way Joe Biden can get 2/3 of the Senate to go along with his WHO scheme. But we MUST ensure Congress passes HR 1425 and S 444; otherwise, Biden will sign the agreements and America will be bound by the United Nations’ agency’s international law.
