As we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ this season, it is a reminder that the Creator of the universe came to us first as an unborn child.

Therefore, we can never deny the reality that a baby who dwells inside a mother's womb is a person who is infinitely valuable and worthy of love and protection.

From the founding of Liberty Counsel in 1989, we have been unshakably dedicated to protecting and defending human life, from the moment of conception until natural death.

On June 24, 2022, we celebrated when the U.S. Supreme Court finally overturned the horrible 1973 Roe v. Wade and 1992 Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey abortion decisions! From the founding of Liberty Counsel, we have worked tirelessly to see that day. In fact, the High Court cited our amicus brief in Dobbs, which was a great honor!

Now that the battle for precious unborn life has shifted to the states, we have been busy filing amicus briefs to support various pro-life laws on behalf of the Frederick Douglass Foundation and the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference to expose the dark link between abortion and racial eugenics.

We asked the Supreme Courts of Oklahoma, Kentucky, South Carolina, Indiana, and Arizona to protect vulnerable children in the womb. We plan to file additional amicus briefs in eight states in 2024.

We filed two amicus briefs to the Florida Supreme Court in defense of the state’s 15-week abortion ban as well as requesting that the In re T.W. decision issued by an activist court in 1989 be overturned and the original intent of Article I, Section 23 be restored so as not to recognize a right to kill unborn children by abortion.

We also filed an amicus brief to the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in the case in which pro-life medical groups assert the federal government improperly approved the chemical abortion drug Mifepristone and has illegally distributed it harming women and girls.

We are litigating on behalf of Florida Voters Against Extremism to oppose a proposed deceptive amendment that would codify unrestricted abortion at any stage of pregnancy in the Florida Constitution. We are asking the Florida Supreme Court to prohibit this deceptive amendment on the ballot because it fails to comply with the law regarding citizen voter initiatives.

We continue to litigate on behalf of two sidewalk counselors in Pennsylvania who engage in peaceful sidewalk counseling to encourage women to protect the life of their unborn children. We have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review this case where the City of Harrisburg enforced the ordinance silencing the pro-life counselors on more than 70 feet of public sidewalk in front of the Harrisburg Planned Parenthood.

Since 2015, we have tirelessly defended Sandra Merritt against the vicious two-front attack by Planned Parenthood and its government allies in the most expensive case in Liberty Counsel’s history.

This courageous grandmother exposed the abortion giant’s horrific trade in selling aborted baby body parts. The undercover videos exposed Planned Parenthood executives haggling over the prices of baby body parts and discussing how to alter abortion methods to obtain better body parts for sale, including live, beating hearts. Yet, instead of Planned Parenthood paying for its criminal activity, this evil organization has thrown its corrupt power at Sandra with lawsuits that seek millions of dollars and could put her behind bars for more than a decade.
