In the Parable of the Talents, the Lord illustrates our responsibility, as stewards, to care for His kingdom. He impresses the weight of that responsibility and the serious consequences of neglecting to understand and apply His instructions.

Since the founding of Liberty Counsel in 1989, we have been dedicated to advancing religious freedom, the sanctity of human life, and the family through education and strategic litigation. As a result, we strive to help restore the culture to America’s Judeo-Christian foundation.

Every week, we use the media to inform and motivate you to use your “talents” to make a difference.

Our daily radio programs, Freedom's Call and Faith and Freedom, air on hundreds of stations across America. This year we celebrated more than one million downloads for our Faith and Freedom podcast!

Our TV program, Freedom Alive, airs on many television networks throughout the nation and on other international platforms such as Rumble, Brighteon, and Real Life TV. This year we celebrated the completion of taping 100 episodes!

We also conduct regular interviews with media regarding our cases and other issues, and we send out daily informative Liberty Alerts and email updates.

This year, God has blessed our efforts with significant legal victories regarding the COVID-19 shot mandates!

For example:

As a result of our class action lawsuits, multiple restraining orders and injunctions, including a classwide injunction, the military COVID-19 shot mandate is finally dead! Then the Pentagon was ordered to pay Liberty Counsel 1.8 million dollars for attorney’s fees and costs after two years of litigation and 8,200 hours in pro-bono legal work.

We won a historic, first-of-its-kind class action settlement against NorthShore University HealthSystem, a private employer that unlawfully denied approximately 500 health care employees their religious exemption requests to COVID-19 shots. As a result, NorthShore paid more than 10 million dollars to compensate these health care employees who were fired. Many have been rehired at their previous seniority level as a result.

Yet there are still battles we are fighting in this arena!

• We continue to defend seven health care workers in Maine who were fired because of Governor Janet Mills’ COVID-19 shot mandate. Despite the violation to the First Amendment, that state mandate coerced these health care employees into a tyrannical choice of accepting a COVID-19 shot or being terminated.

• We continue litigation on behalf of three musicians who were fired from the Naples Philharmonic in Florida, which denied their religious accommodation requests from the COVID-19 shot mandate.

• We continue to seek justice for five New York state health care workers who were fired for refusing to take the COVID-19 shot due to their deeply held religious convictions.
