Today, families around the globe are celebrating the birth of Christ, who gave us life everlasting. But there are forces in this world seeking to extinguish His light, through the slaughter of His most precious innocent children.
For 34 years, Liberty Counsel has been battling Planned Parenthood and its founder Margaret Sanger’s evil eugenic attempt at racial cleansing via abortion ... and we are winning.
Liberty Counsel not only played a major part in the Dobbs decision that overturned Roe, but we also have continued battling the abortion mills to save lives from sea to shining sea.
In 2023, Liberty Counsel’s work protected life in Kentucky, Oklahoma, Indiana, South Carolina, and more. And three lawsuits pending in Florida and Arizona may deliver a gift Planned Parenthood doesn’t want — LIFE.

In 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court cited Liberty Counsel’s powerful amicus brief in its overturning of Roe v. Wade — a judicial massacre that legalized the wholesale slaughter of an estimated 63 million unborn children.
To put that number in context, abortion after Roe killed more people than the entire populations of California and New York combined.
But we didn’t rest on our laurels after overturning Roe. We went to work ... and Planned Parenthood — the world’s largest abortion provider — hates us more than ever.
Since the fall of Roe v. Wade on June 24, 2022, the fight for life returned to Congress and the states, where we fought federal abortion bills and pursued legal action and filed various amicus briefs in the states to protect preborn babies and their mothers.
KENTUCKY: In February, the Kentucky Supreme Court kept pro-life policies in place to restrict abortion after we filed an amicus brief defending the state’s pro-life laws and constitution. Though legal challenges continue for this case, life was protected!
OKLAHOMA: In March, the Oklahoma Supreme Court upheld the state’s near-total abortion ban after we filed an amicus brief emphasizing the racist and eugenic history of abortion and the abortion industry’s targeting of minor communities.
INDIANA: In June, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled that the state’s near-total abortion ban does not violate the state Constitution. We previously filed an amicus brief for this case and argued there is no right to abortion in the Indiana Constitution and that the state’s pro-life law limits the killing of innocent children in the womb.
SOUTH CAROLINA: And in August, the South Carolina Supreme Court upheld the state’s new “Fetal Heartbeat and Protection from Abortion Act” to protect unborn babies with a heartbeat after we filed an amicus brief on behalf of minority communities to stop genocide against Black and Hispanic unborn babies targeted by Planned Parenthood.
But the battle is not over.
FLORIDA — pending:
A rogue 1989 state Supreme Court decision known as In re T.W., twisted Florida’s Constitution to allow a minor child to have an abortion without her parents’ consent. As a result, Florida is now an “abortion destination” state, where babies can be killed at will.
While Roe v. Wade ended abortion federally, Florida enacted a ban on abortions after 15 weeks, and later a “heartbeat” bill banning abortion after 6 weeks. We filed two briefs — one to overturn the 1989 case and one to uphold the recently passed laws.
But the bloodthirsty abortion movement cannot stand the thought of children surviving the womb. The ACLU and Planned Parenthood are behind a deceptive ballot initiative that attempts to trick Floridians into making unlimited, unfettered abortion — even federally illegal partial birth abortions — legal in Florida.
Liberty Counsel has filed a legal challenge to block this deceptive initiative from appearing on the 2024 ballot.

ARIZONA — pending:
In 1864, Arizona enacted a near total ban on all abortions, with limited exceptions reserved for life-threatening emergencies. When Roe was overturned, that ban was poised to go back in place. But Planned Parenthood filed suit to prop up their child-killing grist mills.
Liberty Counsel filed a brief in May 2023, urging the Arizona Supreme Court to review the case. When the Court took up the case, Liberty Counsel filed another brief to reinstate the law. This case was argued earlier this month.
MORE TO COME!
Liberty Counsel will continue to take on frontline legal battles to preserve our precious freedom affirmed by the Constitution. Looking ahead, we see increased clashes between freedom-crushing forces and those who will take a stand to see that our hard-won liberties are preserved.
The indomitable rays of truth will prevail as we advance into 2024 and beyond!
In the last three years, Liberty Counsel has won all seven of the cases we argued or briefed before the U.S. Supreme Court. And our work continues to save lives.
