Below are examples of the many cases Liberty Counsel is handling:

In Oregon, Jeremiah* was fired from his teaching job when he refused to deny science or affirm a lie by using plural and/or other pronouns that do not coincide with a student’s biological sex.

In Colorado, Pueblo School District teacher Jonathan MacAndrew has decided he is a “woman.” Upon “coming out of the closet,” Mr. MacAndrew threatened to “deduct points” from students’ grades if they do not call this biological man “Ms.” or the invented and spurious title of “Mx.”

Making matters worse, if parents opt their children out of the school’s gender indoctrination and sex education assemblies, those students are sent to a study hall manned by none other than the gender-confused Mr. MacAndrew.

In Illinois, Christian ministers Chuck* and Susan* were denied behavioral therapy for their 8-year-old severely autistic child.

Because of the sensitive nature of their child’s disability, the parents had requested a female therapist. Instead, the federally contracted behavioral services provider sent a man dressed in drag, and tried to convince Susan that the cross-dresser was actually a woman.

When Susan protested that the “trans” therapist would only further confuse and agitate her child, the company accused Susan of “discrimination” against the female imposter and terminated the family’s much-needed services.

In Indiana, Gary* is a high school gym teacher serving the Lord by guiding the physical education needs of his town’s youth. Gary’s job requires that he is present with the young boys when they change in the locker room for gym class.

But “woke” administrators at his high school decided that a biological girl should be allowed to use the boys’ locker room that Gary was required to supervise. Worse yet, the school wanted Gary to lie to parents and students about the girl’s presence.

As a Christian, a father, and just a decent human male, Gary objected to being forced to watch a girl undress in his locker room. But the woke school district insisted Gary violate the tenants of his faith, as well as common sense, or lose his job.

In Virginia, Cindy* noticed that many of her fellow teachers within the Loudoun County Public School district included quotes below their email signature.

For example, one teacher used a quote by socialist riot organizer Cesar Chavez (“Real education should consist of drawing the goodness and the best out of our students”). Another teacher’s signature line quoted Frederick Douglass (“It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men”). Other teachers also include simple motivational quotes such as “Have courage and be kind,” while others included pictures of rainbows under their signatures to advertise they were LGBTQ members or “allies.”

Cindy decided to add her own personal “flair” to her signature line, adding, “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Prov. 22:6.”

Even though the Bible verse closely parallels the Frederick Douglass quote, Cindy was ordered to remove her signature line — because it was a quote from the Bible!

The flood of heartbreaking stories from “detransitioners,” those who have now accepted their God-given identities, reveals that our children are in GRAVE danger. Chemical castration and surgical mutilation are not reversible. The children are damaged for life, thanks to a demonic ideology now being pushed in our schools — even in kindergarten.

And while promoting this dangerous LGBTQ agenda, these schools are also attempting to eliminate Christian thought, speech, symbols, and action. It’s outrageous! But Liberty Counsel is fighting and WINNING.
