The Texas Attorney General's office has filed a BOMBSHELL lawsuit against Pfizer over their deeply flawed COVID shot. What is revealed in this lawsuit is shocking. For instance, did you know that despite the fact that mRNA had never before been used in humans, Pfizer only tested the COVID shots for two months before inflicting them on the general public?

This lawsuit could be a major breakthrough in the fight against shot mandates and Big Pharma fraud. However, if Joe Biden signs the United Nations' World Health Organization (WHO) Pandemic Treaty and the 307 amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), this lawsuit won’t matter.

"Pfizer engaged in false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices by making unsupported claims regarding the company's COVID-19 vaccine in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act," according to a statement released by the Texas Attorney General’s office.

What few people understood before the TX lawsuit is that Pfizer only ran clinical trials on its COVID shot for TWO MONTHS. Pfizer turned around and told the world their drug was 95% effective against the COVID virus. The problem? At that time, Pfizer KNEW, according to the lawsuit, that its drug’s effectiveness "could not be predicted beyond two months."

But with the WHO now providing Emergency Use Authorization for vaccines, this insanity will be beyond our control if Joe Biden is not stopped from ceding American sovereignty to the WHO.

"Pfizer fostered a misleading impression that vaccine protection was durable and withheld from the public information that undermined its claims about the duration of protection," according to the AG.

"And, despite the fact that its clinical trial failed to measure whether the vaccine protects against transmission, Pfizer embarked on a campaign to intimidate the public into getting the vaccine as a necessary measure to protect their loved ones." (emphasis added)

Lawsuit documents certify that "when it became apparent that its vaccine was failing and the viability of its cash cow was threatened," Pfizer embarked on a campaign "intimidating those spreading the truth, and by conspiring to censor its critics."

"Pfizer labeled as 'criminals' those who spread facts about the vaccine. It accused them of spreading ‘misinformation.' And it coerced social media platforms to silence prominent truth-tellers," the lawsuit continued.

"We are pursuing justice for the people of Texas, many of whom were coerced by tyrannical vaccine mandates to take a defective product sold by lies," said Attorney General Paxton. "The facts are clear. Pfizer did not tell the truth about their COVID-19 vaccines. Whereas the Biden Administration weaponized the pandemic to force illegal public health decrees on the public and enrich pharmaceutical companies, I will use every tool I have to protect our citizens who were misled and harmed by Pfizer's actions."

I am encouraged by the Texas AG’s lawsuit. However, Pfizer has an ace up its sleeve, thanks to Joe Biden and the WHO.

Biden is preparing to sign the WHO Pandemic Treaty and revised International Health Regulations, which puts the United Nations’ agency and its international courts in charge of all medications and health regulations. If that happens, neither you, nor I, nor the TX AG will be able to sue faulty drug manufacturers in U.S. courts. Neither will states like Texas be allowed to "opt out" of WHO directives, like shutdown orders, travel restrictions, and shot mandates. And the WHO's "disinformation" dictates would force censorship on anyone, even the TX AG for refusing to parrot the WHO and its favorite drug makers' lies.

Instead, all American cities, states, and people will be forced to obey or be dragged before the U.N.'s international courts to be fined and sanctioned into compliance with the one world order's dictates. Liberty Counsel continues to fight many of the same unconstitutional mandates that the WHO wants to impose upon the globe, including forced shot mandates, unfettered abortion, and an outrageously out-of-control "transexual" agenda.
