Women and children are being chased out of safe places, thanks to the continued assault on womanhood.

Now an 82-year-old grandmother has been BANNED from a local YMCA because she dared ask for help in stopping a grown man from ogling two kindergarten-aged girls as they changed in the women’s shower and locker room area.

It isn’t the first time this has happened in our country, and it won’t be the last if HR 15 passes Congress, which only needs five more votes. That’s because HR 15 seeks to give confused “transgendered” individuals more rights than biological women. We’re fighting to stop it. Read on. — Mat

Julie Jaman, 82, has been swimming at her local YMCA pool for 42 years, building friendships, health, and community with her weekly swims. But now this grandmother has been banned from the YMCA because she dared to report that a man was ogling little girls in the women’s locker room and showers.

Julie was showering after her swim when she heard a man’s voice in the locker room. She pulled back the curtain to find an obviously biological man dressed in a women’s swimsuit ogling two 4–6-year-old little girls as they undressed. 

“Do you have a penis?” Julie asked as she peeked out of her shower stall. “None of your business,” the man, later identified as “Clementine Adams,” responded in a deep voice.

Worried for the children’s safety and her own, Julie says she was obligated to ask for immediate help from YMCA management.

To Julie’s great surprise, instead of receiving help in clearing the child predator from the women’s locker room, YMCA staff informed Julie that her language was “discriminatory,” and promptly BANNED the 42-year pool member from the YMCA complex.

It turns out that the man was a YMCA employee, and YMCA staff were more concerned about the voyeur being offended than they were of protecting the women and children from a potential predator.

This case is similar to a recent case of ours defending Helen*. A survivor of a violent attempted rape, Helen never dreamed that her women’s locker room at Planet Fitness would expose her to yet another attack.

Helen was in Planet Fitness’ women’s locker room when she realized a biological man, Jordan Rich, had positioned himself in front of the locker room mirrors so he could view every single woman as they undressed and used the showers.

When Helen asked the man to leave, he smirked at her and changed his position to make it clear he was watching Helen. Rich refused to move, staying over an hour to further harass Helen.

When Helen was finally able to dress and leave, the pervert CHASED her across the parking lot and even followed her car — bringing back all the horrific memories of the violent rape attempt she had survived years before.

Then the pervert had the audacity to call the police on Helen, accusing her of “sexual harassment.” This was not the first time Rich had gotten in trouble at Planet Fitness. The man had been involved in other incidents with women at this same location. One woman reported that he exposed his naked body in the women's locker room. Rich was also involved in an argument with another woman over the use of a tanning room.

Yet Helen, not Rich, was promptly BANNED from Planet Fitness.

Planet Fitness staff insisted that Rich had a right to use the women’s locker room because he “identified” as a woman. While that may have been the stupid policy of Planet Fitness, the “Equality Act” will force this same nonsense everywhere.

In the time since our case against Planet Fitness was reported, the gym company’s stock has plummeted, costing the company 400 million dollars —but they still to refuse to change their dangerous “trans-inclusive” policy.

The legal battles described above are playing themselves out in judicial courts as well as the court of public opinion. However, if HR 15 — the so-called Equality Act — passes, that won’t matter. That’s because HR 15 gives gender-confused people or perverts more rights than normal people.

Not only will men continue to rob women of rightful sports titles, they also will continue to be allowed to ogle, harass, and threaten women and children in their most private spaces. If HR 15 passes, women and children will continue to be at risk of exposure to sick individuals experimenting in voyeurism, and heaven only knows what else!

HR 15 is just FIVE votes from passing. With the retirement of Rep. Kevin McCarthy and open seats in the U.S. House and Senate, I am deeply concerned that the margins are far too slim on what should be an easy NO for legislators. We cannot allow this radical gender-bending idiocy to threaten our most vulnerable. Please, fax Congress NOW and demand they VOTE NO on HR 15.
