Back in 2005, then-President George W. Bush signed America up for compliance with the U.N. World Health Organization’s International Health Regulations. According to the World Health Organization, the IHR is “an instrument of international law that is legally binding on 196 countries, including the 194 WHO Member States.”

Two years before former President Bush signed up for the IHR, the virus known as SARS reportedly escaped from a Chinese lab. Like COVID-19, this new virus was a “coronavirus,” and China used the pretense of that illness to lock down its citizens, just as they did during the COVID-19 “crisis.” Except this time, China got the WHO to join in “recommending” shutdowns and lock-ins. Even many states in the United States blindly followed these “directives.” But if Joe Biden signs the new Pandemic Treaty and revised IHR, those “directives” will become legally binding “mandates” that all cities, states, and our federal government will be FORCED, under international law, to OBEY.

The original agreement President Bush entered America into gave WHO broad powers, including the ability to recommend shutting down trade and travel between countries. Member countries that ignored or rejected the IHR “recommendations” could be taken to the “Permanent Court of Arbitration,” with its findings binding and final upon the offending country.

Sadly, America has been trapped in this unconstitutional agreement for over a decade. During his presidency, Donald Trump wisely chose to remove America from the WHO. However, Joe Biden not only put America back into the WHO but also now wants to make the WHO’s health “regulations” even stronger and more enforceable.

Now Biden is attempting to use the WHO to implement not only COVID restrictions and Vaccine Passports but also climate change programs that he and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez could not get passed through Congress!

The original IHR agreement only covers health issues, and enforcement is limited. But Joe Biden is seeking to expand WHO’s authority by giving away American sovereignty while adding animal welfare, environmentalism, and even abortion into the mix.

In addition to giving the WHO authority over the U.S. health system, WHO could impose fines and lockdowns by declaring a “climate change” emergency. All that needs to happen is for WHO to declare an environmental issue to be a “health crisis.” And the fact is, WHO has already done so.

On October 30, 2021, WHO declared, “Climate change is the single biggest health threat facing humanity, and health professionals worldwide are already responding to the health harms caused by this unfolding crisis.”

If Joe Biden signs the WHO Pandemic Treaty and revised International Health Regulations when the World Health Assembly meets this week, the WHO will be firmly in control of America’s health AND environmental laws and regulations.

Under the revised IHR, any disputes between countries or with the WHO must be arbitrated in the World Court’s Permanent Court of Arbitration, held in The Hague, Netherlands. Rulings from this international Court are final and binding upon the United States.

Here is how: Traditionally, countries who lose before the World Court are assessed steep fines and sanctions until they change their nation’s laws and practices to match those agreed to under the international agreement.

WE MUST STOP BIDEN! America’s sovereignty is not for sale!

Our laws and practices should NEVER be superseded by an unelected international body seeking to impose its will upon a free people.
