After losing his attempt to pass the Pandemic Treaty on the opening day of the WHO’s 77th World Health Assembly (WHA) last Monday, WHO Director- General Tedros moved fast to work on “Plan B.”

As I have repeatedly warned, the proposal to revise the IHR was a backup plan to enact much of the Pandemic Treaty, should the treaty itself fail.

In the early morning hours this past Sunday, which extended past the June 1 date, Tedros violated the WHO’s own constitution to force a vote on the revised IHR with, according to Japan, only 1/3 of the member nations present.

Tedros’ actions are a clear violation of the existing IHR. Article 55 states that “the text of any proposed amendment shall be communicated to all States Parties by the Director-General at least four months before the Health Assembly at which it is proposed for consideration.”

But the full body of the revised amendments was not even presented to the members until late Saturday night, just a few hours before the close of the assembly. In the wee hours of Sunday morning, Tedros simply announced that the revised IHR had been adopted by “consensus” with no recorded vote.

“There was no actual vote to confirm and approve these amendments,” says Dr. Robert Malone, who has been fighting the WHO step by step with Liberty Counsel. “According to the WHO, this [revision of the IHR] was achieved by ‘consensus’ among this unelected insider conclave rather than a vote.”

The globalists had been meeting behind closed doors to hammer out an agreement ensuring their tyrannical aims would be enforced. The language of many of the amendments was watered down, but the fact remains that these IHR rob Americans of their precious liberty — especially our freedom of speech.

Buried deep within Annex 1, A.2.c., of the revised IHR is a provision that requires member nations to “develop, strengthen and maintain core capacities ... in relation to ... surveillance ... and risk communication, including addressing misinformation and disinformation.”

“We have already seen how doctors and scientists who disagreed with the WHO narrative under COVID-19 were censored for their views — views which turned out to be true,” says Reggie Littlejohn, founder and president of the pro-life group Women’s Rights Without Borders and co-founder of the Stop Vaccine Passports Task Group. “Some who offered protocols not recommended by the WHO even had their licenses to practice medicine threatened or suspended,” Littlejohn continued. “How much worse will this censorship be if it is baked in as a requirement to the International Health Regulations?”

All this is ironic, considering the testimony the disgraced Dr. Fauci was forced to give before Congress on Monday. Fauci tried but failed to justify the outright lies and attempts to mislead both Congress as well as the American public about COVID. Fauci was also forced to admit that the measures he and the WHO forced on the world were woefully ineffective, and in many cases were the wrong actions.

The congressional hearings also confirmed that many of the doctors, medical personnel, and citizens censored and punished for spreading “disinformation” during the COVID crisis were actually correct.

Tedros is not an epidemiologist or even a medical doctor. Instead, he is a microbiologist, who is perhaps most famous for lying to the world about the origins and spread of cholera in his home country, the Third World nation of Ethiopia.

The good news is, despite the adoption of the revised IHR and Tedros’ plan to force the Pandemic Treaty on us by the end of the year, Congress can still stop this freedom-killing mess.
