“Just a few months ago, I was no different that you are now — reading op-eds in the Wall Street Journal, thinking to myself, “Boy, this corruption is really bad, but something like this won’t ever happen to me,” Dr. Eithan Haim says. “I’m here to tell you that, if you value truth over lies and justice over corruption, your time may be coming.”

Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) indicted Dr. Haim on four felony charges this week, because he dared to blow the whistle on one of the Biden administration’s poisonous pet projects — child exploitation.

Just three days after Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) announced it was shutting down its child “gender” clinic to comply with state law, the clinic secretly reopened and began “treating” even more children.

Dr. Eithan Haim was in TCH’s surgical training residency program. His colleagues spoke openly about the secret surgeries they were participating in on a regular basis, attempting to “transition” girls and boys as young as 11 and 12 years old into the opposite sex – which, of course, is impossible!

The residents would openly discuss how “all these kids had psychiatric issues that were going unmanaged,” Dr. Haim says. But the doctors leading the program didn’t care. They kept plowing full speed ahead with the sterilizing and castrating kids, while lining them up for mastectomies (for girls), and breast implants and castrations (for boys), and more.

The child “transgender” program at TCH was “high priority” for the hospital, regardless of the Texas government’s stance against the issue. “They hid it because they knew the people of Texas would not approve,” Dr. Haim says.

“Every kid that walks into this clinic is being told that they have to adopt this new identity that’s based off hatred of their true self. And if they or their family express even the slightest bit of hesitation, they’re going to be threatened with their own suicide.”

“If these kids do go down that path, they’re going to be turned into chronic medical patients,” Dr. Haim says. “They're going to be permanently tied to the boundaries of the hospital in order to obtain these drugs or manage complications from surgery. They are risking their ability to participate in one of the most meaningful human endeavors, the ability to have a family and children.”

“Instead of telling these kids that they are perfect the way they are, that growing up is hard, they can grow up to be something amazing, they are telling them to adopt this false identity that is bad off their own self-hatred,” Dr. Haim adds.

Dr. Haim says the transgender ideology went into overdrive, thanks to the man he derogatorily calls “the High Priest of COVID,” Dr. Anthony Fauci. Under Fauci’s leadership, “ideology was prioritized over evidence.” No matter how many facts dissenters brought to the table, they were censored and targeted for professional destruction.

“The transgender ideology is simply a continuation of that,” Dr. Haim says. “They’re claiming something to be true that is, in the most obvious way, untrue.”

As with COVID, doctors and medical researchers who speak out are demonized. The silence allows ideology to become the medical standard.

I can personally attest that this is true. During COVID, Liberty Counsel represented doctors and nurses who were fired from their jobs, and whose licenses to practice medicine were revoked because they refused to accept ideology over cold, hard, medical facts.

I have also seen firsthand how members of the Biden administration have wielded their power to silence dissent. As Attorneys General of California, Kamala Harris and Xavier Becerra (now Secretary of Health and Human Services), prosecuted whistleblower Sandra Merritt for exposing Planned Parenthood’s baby parts for sale scheme.

Both Dr. Eithan Haim and Sandra Merritt face up to 10 years in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines for exposing crimes.

The Biden administration has weaponized the government against all who would speak against their insanity. Liberty Counsel is fighting back.

“What happened to me did not occur in a vacuum,” Dr. Haim says. “For the past three years, the Department of Justice has been aggressively pursuing political opponents. While career criminals and gangbangers roam the streets of major American cities, whistleblowers and political dissidents find themselves the targets of a federal leviathan.”

“It doesn’t have to be this way,” Dr. Haim says. “These abuses of power rely on our silence and our compliance. In my case, however, the perpetrators are learning they made a mistake. They chose the wrong target on the day they decided to show up at my door. I hope [you] have the same realization the day they show up at yours.”
