As you know, on June 24, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, ruling there is no constitutional right to abortion. Of the more than 200 briefs submitted in the Dobbs case that overturned Roe, only a few were cited by the High Court. One of those briefs was from Liberty Counsel.

Our brief exposed the eugenic origins and continued racist practices employed by the abortion industry to, as former Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg once said, limit “population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of.”

Ginsburg is gone, and so is Roe. But the eugenicists, racists, and the abortion mills making almost unbelievable profits butchering the unborn are fighting to continue the bloodshed.

When we overturned nearly 50 years of Roe, we smacked Beelzebub's bees' nest. And now the bees are coming out in a fury.

The enemy IS advancing, but they will not win if we fight back.

Kamala Harris has made abortion the centerpiece of her campaign. In fact, it is the only policy she has elaborated on since being coronated as the Democrats’ presidential candidate. As I write, her tour bus is traveling the country promoting “reproductive rights” (unlimited abortion) — without apology, on demand, and up to and including during birth.

Harris is not only promoting her presidential policy, she is also promoting HR 12 — the vehicle she intends to use to not only return us to the Roe v. Wade era but to expand upon it.

In Orwellian fashion, HR 12 is titled the “Women’s Health Protection Act.” HR 12 seeks to not only codify Roe into law, but to expand Roe to lengths never seen before. HR 12 seeks unlimited, unregulated abortion up until birth, overturn federal late-term abortion bans, and even force religious doctors and hospitals to perform abortions or face Department of Justice investigations and prosecution.

If you are confused as to how a bill promoting “women’s health” could be singularly focused on killing children, consider Deuteronomy 28 and Romans 1 that tell us that people who abandon God have confused thinking. Their policies simply don’t make sense, and that’s because they refuse to allow godly principles to renew their mind or shape their policies.

Our staff continues to work diligently, educating legislators and their staff members, while pushing for legislation to protect the unborn.

Tell Congress: VOTE NO on HR 12!

Meanwhile, several states have ballot measures seeking to make unlimited abortion a state constitutional right. Our attorneys and staff are involved in several state efforts, including Florida’s Amendment 4, where our sister ministry, Liberty Counsel Action, is engaged in door knocking and voter outreach to defeat this disastrous attempt to make Florida an “abortion tourism” state.

Last, but not least, we continue to defend Sandra Merritt — the brave journalist whose undercover videos exposed Planned Parenthood’s illegal "baby parts for sale” human organ trafficking scheme.

Kamala Harris is featured in our Sandra Merritt case as well. As California’s attorney general, Harris instigated the criminal investigation into Sandra, who filmed a series of undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood executives bragging about illegal abortions and haggling for higher prices in their illegal human organ trafficking scheme. As a result, Sandra is the first journalist in California history to be prosecuted for her truthful reporting. She faces up to 10 years in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in judgments to Kamala Harris’ longtime campaign funder, Planned Parenthood.

Adding insult to injury, the Judge in Sandra’s case is connected with a building leased to a Planned Parenthood clinic.

Liberty Counsel is engaged in the fight for life on several fronts. We will not stop until every child is safe from abortionists’ knives.

There is no greater battle than the fight for life, because without life, every other right is irrelevant.
