Harris may be touting “reproductive freedom,” but the fact is everyone in America is free to “reproduce.” The days of Buck v. Bell, where women were sterilized against their will, are long gone. But research shows that women ARE being forced to have abortions against their will.

Studies show that 70% of women who have had an abortion were coerced into doing so by their partners, family members, and sex traffickers.

The disturbing statistics have even made their way onto the PRO-abortion website “Shout Your Abortion,” where one writer shared her story.

LisAnne* says her boyfriend “told me to get a abortion right away… I was scared & I was numb & confused. Now ... I get anxiety attacks/panic attacks & wish I was still pregnant sometimes.”

If a woman is pressured to kill her child, is it really a “choice”?

Since her earliest entrance into politics, Kamala Harris has been financially backed by Planned Parenthood, the world’s largest abortion provider. 

As attorney general of California, Harris obeyed Planned Parenthood’s aims, by instigating a criminal investigation into Sandra Merritt, the brave grandmother whose undercover videos exposed Planned Parenthood executives bragging about the illegal partial birth abortions, dissection, and dismemberment of living babies in order to receive higher prices on the despicable human organ trafficking circuit.

Harris also seized the videos Sandra filmed and managed to hide them from the public until Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene ended the embargo, subpoenaing the videos, and releasing them earlier this year.

Yet, Sandra still faces up to 10 years in prison and millions of dollars in judgments payable to the monsters she caught on film, thanks to Harris’ criminal investigation. Sandra Merritt is the first undercover journalist in California history to be prosecuted for her truthful reporting — all thanks to Kamala Harris and her top funder, Planned Parenthood.

Now Harris is going further to protect her favorite campaign donor. She’s pushing HR 12 — euphemistically named the “Women’s Health Protection Act.”

HR 12 does NOTHING to protect women — not the women-to-be in the womb or the women carrying those future generations. Instead, this measure seeks the wholesale destruction of both.

Tell Congress: VOTE NO on the Planned Parenthood Protection Act

Much like the Florida ballot’s Amendment 4 (which Liberty Counsel is also fighting), HR 12 seeks to remove EVERY real or perceived restriction against abortion. And that is setting up future generations for more horrors like we saw with serial killer Kermit Gosnell.

As you may recall, Pennsylvania’s refusal to “interfere” with the abortion industry led to a situation where health and safety agencies were prevented from inspecting abortion clinics in the same way they would inspect any other surgical center. The results were horrific.

Dozens of women got venereal diseases from Gosnell’s unsterilized instruments. Others got life-threatening infections. And no inspectors were able to see the jars of baby feet Gosnell kept on his desk as prizes or the full-term baby bodies he kept in the clinic freezers. Multiple other doctors alerted state authorities, but the State’s prohibition against interfering with abortion allowed this monster to continue killing women and children.

It wasn’t until families of the women killed by Gosnell’s butchery raised an outcry that this killer was finally investigated and prosecuted for his crimes.

But HR 12 seeks the same prohibition against “interference” that resulted in the deaths of Gosnell’s patients.

A look at the bill and its summary tells the tale all too well.

In Section 3, the bill states that any and all restrictions or any and all rules, laws, and policies that might delay an abortion must be erased. Nothing will survive.

Section 3 also insists that state and local regulations that force abortion clinics to meet the same health and safety standards as any other surgical center should be abolished. Any law that could be perceived to make abortion “more difficult to access” would be eliminated.

HR 12 will allow abortion up to birth and override every state law.

So, who is really being “protected” in this bill?

Section 2.10 admits what this bill is REALLY about. It claims that abortion bans reduce patient access to health care services, including “contraceptive services,” “sexually transmitted disease testing,” and “LGBTQ” services. In other words, it refers to the services Planned Parenthood offers in addition to its primary profit center — baby killing.

HR 12 has 213 co-sponsors, and S 701 has 50, which means the pro-abortion crowd only needs a few Republicans to make unlimited abortion the law of the land. Should there be a tie, Kamala will get the final word.

Congress needs to hear from you NOW demanding they hold the line against Planned Parenthood and its baby-killing schemes.
