Gender ideology is simply a continuation of what the Biden and Harris regime instituted during COVID, where ideology is prioritized over evidence. “They’re claiming something to be true that is, in the most obvious way, untrue,” Dr. Haim says.

“Instead of telling these kids that they are perfect the way they are, that growing up is hard, they can grow up to be something amazing, they are telling them to adopt this false identity that is based off their own self-hatred,” Dr. Haim adds. “And if they or their family express even the slightest bit of hesitation, they’re going to be threatened with their own suicide.”

“If these kids do go down that path, they’re going to be turned into chronic medical patients,” Dr. Haim says. “They're going to be permanently tied to the boundaries of the hospital in order to obtain these drugs or manage complications from surgery. They are risking their ability to participate in one of the most meaningful human endeavors, the ability to have a family and children."

But, as Dr. Haim learned the hard way, doctors and medical researchers who dare to speak out against the radical abortion and LGBTQ agenda of Biden and Harris, is not only demonized but punished.

“What happened to me did not occur in a vacuum,” Dr. Haim says. “For the past three years, the Department of Justice has been aggressively pursuing political opponents. While career criminals and gangbangers roam the streets of major American cities, whistleblowers and political dissidents find themselves the targets of a federal leviathan.”

The resulting silence allows ideology to become the medical standard. But Dr. Haim will not be silenced — and neither will Liberty Counsel.

“It doesn’t have to be this way,” Dr. Haim says. “These abuses of power rely on our silence and our compliance. In my case, however, the perpetrators are learning they made a mistake. They chose the wrong target on the day they decided to show up at my door. I hope [you] have the same realization the day they show up at yours.”

On September 1, 2024, Ansari’s bar license was suspended. Rule 3.A of the Rules of Discipline of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas — the court in which Ansari is prosecuting Dr. Haim – unequivocally states that any attorney whose license has been suspended “must immediately cease practicing before this court.”

Neither Ansari nor the Biden-Harris DOJ informed the court of Ansari’s inability to practice law. Instead, the DOJ prosecutor deceived the court by continuing to file briefs and correspond with Dr. Haim’s legal team as if she were still a licensed attorney legally able to litigate this case.

But the law has never meant much to Joe Biden or Kamala Harris. As you may recall, Harris abused her power as California’s attorney general when she instigated a criminal investigation into another high-profile whistleblower, Sandra Merritt, who also exposed Planned Parenthood and baby organ harvesting.

Both of the whistleblowers Kamala Harris is trying to silence, Dr. Haim and Sandra Merritt, face up to 10 years in prison for reporting the horrific truth about Kamala’s pet projects, abortion and child “sex change.” In addition to being the world’s largest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood is now the nation’s largest provider of child “sex change” services. Planned Parenthood has been a top funder to Kamala Harris throughout her political career.
