The Planned Parenthood- and ACLU-backed initiative will override EVERY law that “restricts or “delays” abortion. Only parental notification will survive if this amendment passes.  

The measure is so radical that, if passed, it would eliminate informed consent, parental consent, and would even prevent the state from conducting health and safety inspections and/or requiring abortion surgical centers to abide by the same health and safety standards as all other surgical centers in the state. It will allow abortion up to birth and forces Floridians to fund genocide. 

Florida recently became one of the safest states in the nation for the unborn. Earlier this year, Florida’s Heartbeat Law went into effect, making abortions illegal after six weeks — the time when a baby’s heart starts beating, with certain exceptions. 

Those restrictions have put a big crunch on the abortion industry’s bottom line, so Planned Parenthood funded the amendment to create a ballot initiative that would change the state constitution to make unlimited abortion up until birth a right in the Sunshine State ...and the evidence reveals they were willing to break the law to do it. 

An investigation by the Florida Department of State found that in Palm Beach County alone, 49% of the signatures submitted by suspected fraudsters were, in fact, fraudulent. In Orange County, 32% of the signatures were fraudulent. In Osceola County, 16% of signatures were fraudulent. 

Abortionists needed 891,523 valid signatures to appear on the November ballot. Once the fraudulent signatures are removed, it became clear that they did not gather enough signatures to appear on the ballot. 

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) opened a criminal investigation, and the results were damning, finding “Bulk identity theft” using publicly available personal identifying information to complete petition forms without the voter’s consent or knowledge, as well as forged dead people's names, committed perjury, and other felonies in order to reach the required number of signatures.

• More than 100 petition gatherers committed “criminal activity” in gathering and submitting signatures.
• Two have already been convicted.
• One is already serving a multi-year prison sentence for election fraud attempts.
• Another is also facing felony election fraud charges in Kansas for similar election fraud activity in that state.
• FPF was fined 328,000 dollars for election law violations and has already paid 22,000 in additional civil penalties.

In Washington, D.C., Kamala Harris is pushing hard to pass HR 12 before the election. If passed, this legislation will overturn every state and federal law regarding abortion. We cannot let the abortion industry, or its latest mouthpiece, win this battle!
