A Bearded Lady Before the Supreme Court?

Oct 24, 2024

JoJo* grew up without a father, never even knew his name, and was raised by her mother, who suffered from a serious mental illness. “I never did feel like the world had a place for me,” JoJo says.

As if in a way to protect herself from the instability of her life and the seemingly vulnerable nature of her mother’s gender, JoJo began dressing like a boy when she was 13.

JoJo’s mother took her to a gender clinic when JoJo was 14. The clinic put the girl on a menopause drug, which causes bone thinning, jaundice, and liver failure, in order to stop the girl’s periods.

Then, JoJo’s mother put her on testosterone at age 16. Today, as an adult, JoJo says she feels “trapped” because of the drugs her mother and the gender clinic pushed on her when she was too young to attend an R-rated movie.

Sadly, some parents don’t make the best decisions for their children.

That’s why the Tennessee legislature recently passed a law to protect children like JoJo. The state has banned puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and sex change surgeries for minors under the age of 18. But the ACLU is suing the state in an effort to overturn that child-protecting law. Liberty Counsel is on the case.

Help Liberty Counsel protect children from child sex changes by supporting our legal fund today, and a Challenge Grant will DOUBLE your impact.

The law was passed to prevent parents and unscrupulous doctors from irreversibly harming a child with chemical and surgical sex changes before the child is old enough to understand the consequences.

Instead, under the new Tennessee law, children who believe they are experiencing gender dysphoria must wait until they are legal adults before undergoing chemical or surgical sex change.

Not surprisingly, the ACLU is suing — and Liberty Counsel is responding, in a case that the U.S. Supreme Court will hear later this year.

The ACLU wants to force the State of Tennessee to drop its ban on child sex changes. Leading the case is a bearded and mustached biological woman who “identifies” as a man who goes by “Chase Strangio.”

For years I have been warning that the LGBTQ is preying on our children. The ACLU’s case, and its lead attorney — the first “trans” person to argue a case before the High Court — is proving me right.

Liberty Counsel just filed an amicus brief in this case and will continue to fight until every child is safe from the “community” trying to turn our girls into boys and our boys into girls, all while indoctrinating and sterilizing an entire generation.

If adults want to mutilate and sterilize their own bodies, that’s one thing. But poisoning and mutilating a child is NEVER OK. The LGBTQ and their quack doctors pushing child sex changes must be told in no uncertain terms to LEAVE OUR KIDS ALONE!

We need YOUR HELP to win this case. Praise God, a supporter has established a Challenge Grant that will DOUBLE the impact of every donation made to our legal fund today. Please, give generously to protect America’s innocent children.
