The Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) requires all states to honor and obey the custody, juvenile, and family court orders from other states. That means if a parent kidnaps a child to another state in violation of a court-ordered custody agreement, the receiving state MUST, by law, return the parent and child to the original state. Likewise, if a child runs away from home and travels to another state, that state must return the child to the governing state and to his or her parents.

But Walz’s “transgender” sanctuary policy blatantly announced that Minnesota would no longer abide by the federal law if the parent or child fled to Minnesota for chemical or surgical procedures. Walz’s law encourages parental kidnapping and runaways to join his sterile and genderless “sanctuary.” Once the child was inside the trap, Walz threw away the key.

Walz’s LGBTQ laws REQUIRE Minnesota health insurance plans — including taxpayer-funded Medicaid plans — to pay for so-called “gender affirming care.” As a result, the good people of Minnesota now foot the bill for expensive designer plastic surgery procedures like mastectomies, vaginectomies, phalloplasties, and penile implants to make girls appear like “boys.” And as gross and disgusting as it is, vaginoplasty, breast creation, vocal cord surgeries, laser hair removal, and more to make boys look and sound like “girls.”

However, there is NO requirement or provision for MN insurers to pay for what some call “detransitioning,” the process of transitioning back to one’s God-given gender. Of course, a person is born male or female. The idea of “transitioning” is fake — it is merely the external “appearance” at issue. Drugs and surgeries will not change your DNA.

Once stuck inside the LGBTQ-altered body, Walz’s sanctuary victims often cannot financially afford to correct their mistakes and heal their bodies.

Neither will Walz allow these distraught souls to heal their minds. That’s because Walz OUTLAWED the one lifesaving practice proven to heal gender dysphoria — Christian counseling.
