In Florida, Planned Parenthood is funding “Floridians Protecting Freedom” to promote a ballot initiative that seeks to overturn every abortion law in the Sunshine State, including parental consent, health and safety, and the Heartbeat Law. Currently, Florida protects unborn children by banning abortion after 6 weeks — the time at which a baby’s heartbeat can be detected. 

Known as “Amendment 4,” the ballot initiative would make unlimited abortion up until birth a state constitutional right, preventing the state from enacting ANY policy that could hinder or restrict abortions.

• The bill DESTROYS ALL regulations and even health and safety inspections and protections required of any other surgical clinic. 
• It DEFIES federal late-term abortion bans, allowing abortionists to kill healthy, viable babies throughout all 40 weeks of pregnancy – right up until the moment of birth. 
• It REMOVES parental consent, coyly replacing that language with “parental notification,” meaning parents won’t have any say when an abortionist kills their teenage daughter’s baby. 
• It allows any “healthcare provider” to recommend an abortion. Under Florida state law, tattoo artists and nail technicians are legally considered “healthcare providers.” 

The Florida bill was authored by the same people who wrote Michigan’s abortion-free-for-all constitutional amendment. Almost immediately after Michigan’s abortion “right” passed, those same people SUED the state to force taxpayers to pay for those abortions. You can bet that if Amendment 4 passes, they will file immediate suit to force Floridians to pay for child murder as well.

But the abortion lobby’s deceit isn’t limited to obfuscating the language, intent, and effect of their bill. They’re also committing ELECTION FRAUD to accomplish their ghoulish aims.

A recent investigation by the Florida Department of State and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement found that fraudsters forged the names of dead people, committed identity theft, took publicly available information on living registered voters to add their names to the petition without the voter’s knowledge, and committed perjury and other felonies in order to make it appear as if they had enough signatures to get the initiative on the ballot. 

In some counties, up to 49% of the petitions submitted by the suspected fraudsters were falsified or otherwise illegal. 

One hundred people are now under investigation for election fraud. Two have been convicted. One is already serving a multi-year prison sentence. Another is facing felony charges in Kansas for committing similar crimes there. 

But wait, there’s more. Abortionists are airing television ads falsely claiming that unless Amendment 4 passes, women who have miscarriages will die because physicians will not be allowed to help them. Sadly, these lies have already nearly claimed the lives of several women who hemorrhaged after a miscarriage because they believed the abortionists’ propaganda and did not seek emergency medical treatment.

Even after the Florida surgeon general issued formal letters to all medical providers in the state informing every medical practitioner that failure to provide emergency medical treatment to a pregnant woman is a crime and ran television ads informing the public that any doctor making such claims or refusing treatment was guilty of malpractice, the abortionists kept running the deceitful ads. 

The abortion industry doesn't want the public to know the truth about their ghastly business, just like Kamala Harris tried to hide the truth about Planned Parenthood’s baby parts for sale scheme.
