This year, we have had many legal VICTORIES. Here are a few:

  • As a result of our demand letter, an Iowa administrative law judge dismissed a frivolous petition from a pro-LGBTQ group that tried to revoke Calvary Chapel Iowa’s tax-exempt status because the pastor spoke out against a drag queen story hour in the local public library and personally supported a conservative candidate. This is the first legal decision rendered under Iowa’s newly enacted Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

  • We won a major lawsuit on behalf of Child Evangelism Fellowship and its Good News Clubs against the Hawaii State Department of Education and six school districts. Now the after-school Bible clubs must be given equal access as other similarly situated clubs on public school campuses throughout the state.

  • As a result of our unanimous victory at the U.S. Supreme Court in 2022 involving the Christian flag, many local and state governments have stopped flying LGBTQ flags.

  • We reached a resolution in our lawsuit where three orchestra members were terminated for refusing the COVID shots.

  • After we sent a demand letter to the City of Racine, now Tarry One Hour can peacefully share biblical messages in public areas outside abortion facilities, during LGBTQ events, and for other community assemblies in Wisconsin.

  • The U.S. Supreme Court adopted Liberty Counsel’s argument set forth in our amicus brief about J6 defendants that the Department of Justice misapplied to the law.

  • We played a significant role in defeating the extreme pro-abortion Amendment 4 in Florida. This is a dramatic victory considering Planned Parenthood and other abortion proponents poured over $137 million to pass Amendment 4.

Our TV program, Freedom Alive, airs to more than 100 million people around the world and is also available on Rumble, Brighteon, and Real Life TV. After completing 35 tapings this year, we now have 137 episodes available to view since 2021!

Liberty Counsel is in an elite class when it comes to use of donor funds. Our non-donor income covers all administrative and fundraising expenses. And Liberty Counsel operates on a debt-free basis.
