Shocking Development in TX Case

Dec 9, 2024

Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments regarding Tennessee’s law that protects children from harmful puberty blockers, hormones, and mutilating surgeries. Liberty Counsel filed a critical brief in this case.

And last week, the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) issued a new rule that a person born male or who went through puberty cannot compete in the female division because being male gives a competitive advantage. Finally, common sense prevails.

And the case involving Texas Children’s Hospital has hit the news once again with a disturbing revelation about the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Help us protect children by supporting our legal fund today. When you do a special year-end Challenge Grant will DOUBLE your donation.

Recent news out of Texas reveals that the LGBTQ mafia will go to nearly any extreme to force their child mutilating practices on unsuspecting families — including prosecutorial misconduct.

As you may recall, Dr. Eithan Haim blew the whistle on Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH), making public that the hospital was hiding a secret clinic, in violation of Texas law.

Almost immediately a DOJ attorney with financial ties to the hospital and LGBTQ groups indicted Dr. Haim on multiple trumped-up charges meant to strip him of his medical license and prevent him from further exposing TCH’s crimes.

Earlier this year, I reported that the DOJ attorney who indicted Dr. Haim was attempting to prosecute the good doctor without a law license. Tina Ansari’s law license had been suspended by the State of Texas. Yet Ms. Ansari failed to inform the court of her status with the bar and even continued filing pleadings with the Court despite not having an active license to practice law! Ms. Ansari has managed to reinstate her license; however, what has been revealed about her since then exposed a MASSIVE conflict of interest.

"After over a year of Ms. Ansari’s troubling behavior, including prosecuting Dr. Haim without a law license, it was finally a bridge too far when it was revealed that she failed to disclose that her close family members have substantial financial and political ties to the hospitals involved in this case," said Marcella Burke, Dr. Eithan Haim’s attorney.

It turns out that Ansari’s family business, of which Ms. Ansari was once an executive, holds a multi-million-dollar contract serving the hospital. Ansari’s brother is now the CEO of that company. In 2023 and 2024, Ansari’s brother helped raise over 2 million dollars for TCH. And in 2021, Ansari’s aunt, Sima Ladjevardian, presented the hospital with a 1.1-million-dollar check.

Aunt Ladjevardian also serves on the Harris Health Board of Trustees alongside TCH’s Vice President and General Counsel, Afsheen Davis. That group just happens to oversee “research” performed by Dr. Haim’s residency program where Dr. Haim discovered TCH’s deceitful child sex change program. The corruption runs deep.

STOP child abuse by supporting our legal fund today.

Last but not least, Ansari’s Aunt Ladjevardian also just happens to be an outspoken activist for the LGBTQ agenda and has been featured in Outsmart, a Houston based LGBTQ magazine, for her support of the “Equality Act.” “I’ve been an ally of the LGBTQ+ community for all my life,” Ladjevardian said in 2019.

Not surprisingly, the prosecution tried to get a GAG ORDER to prevent Dr. Haim from revealing any more of TCH’s crimes against humanity. Thankfully, the judge in this case denied that demand.

The LGBTQ crowd and the ghouls mutilating children thought they could silence Dr. Haim and cover up not only their violation of Texas law, but also of God’s design for children, men, and women.

They were WRONG.

In our brief before the U.S. Supreme Court case United States v. Skrmetti, argued last Wednesday, Liberty Counsel made clear that states have the right to protect children from experimental off-label use puberty blockers, hormones, and mutilating surgeries.

The High Court will rule on the Skrmetti case by the end of June. Tina Ansari has been removed from the case against Dr. Haim; however, that case is proceeding and will be heard by a Texas court in February.

But in the meantime, Liberty Counsel is continuing to fight in multiple venues to protect children from the multi-billion-dollar child mutilation industry. We’ve been fighting the gender cult’s designs on our children since 2012.

Since 1989, Liberty Counsel has won 37 cases we have argued or briefed before the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as numerous cases before the Courts of Appeals and state Supreme Courts. Every day in courtrooms around America, Liberty Counsel fights for life, religious freedom, and the natural family. As our record shows, when we show up, we win. But we can only show up with your generous support.

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO PROTECT THESE CHILDREN.

A special year-end Challenge Grant has been established to fund our legal work, and every donation made through midnight December 31, 2024, will be DOUBLED by the grant. Please, help us protect children with your gift today.
