Donald Trump’s return to the White House will help many things, but the assault on believers will continue from governors, city officials, employers, and other adherents to the anti-Christian forces and the LGBTQ mafia.

Liberty Counsel will continue to fight.

In the past four years alone, we won every case we argued or briefed before the U.S. Supreme Court. Our powerful brief exposing the racist, eugenic origins and continued assault on black and brown lives was cited by the High Court in overturning Roe v. Wade.

Our historic 9-0 win in the Christian flag case, Shurtleff v. City of Boston, combined with our brief in the Coach Kennedy case, Kennedy v. Bremerton, ended the “Lemon Test,” which had previously eliminated Christian speech and symbols from the public square. Thanks to the decisions in those cases, cities are once again able to erect nativity scenes.

Over the course of our 35-year history, we have won 37 cases we have argued or briefed before the U.S. Supreme Court, and have racked up countless wins in the Courts of Appeals and in state supreme courts.

We’ve done all this in addition to the thousands upon thousands of calls for help that do not require court filings and litigation, cases where the simple presence of a high-powered religious liberty law firm stopped religious discrimination in its tracks.
