In 1986, the U.S. government’s child immunization schedule recommended infants receive just TWO vaccines in their first year of life, DPT and Polio, and a total of only FIVE vaccines before age 18.

As of 2023, the FDA and CDC’s Childhood Vaccination Schedule ballooned to SEVENTY-THREE doses of 15 vaccines before age 18.

In 1986, 12.8% of children in the U.S. had a chronic health condition compared to 54% in 2007.

Oddly, 2007 is the last year this data is available, because the federal government stopped making this information public, just like it stopped making Big Pharma pay for vaccine injuries and deaths in 1986.

The U.S. government’s own data reveals that up to 260 MILLION Americans have been injured or killed by vaccines since 1990. But Big Pharma never had to pay a single one of them, thanks to Congress, on whom Pharma has spent BILLIONS in campaign contributions and lobbying efforts.

Repeal the Big Pharma Protection Acts!

What changed?

In the early 1980s, the DPT vaccine was causing many deaths and injuries worldwide resulting in massive class action lawsuits.

Those companies leaned on Congress demanding they receive ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY from any liability for the deaths and injuries their vaccines may cause. Members of Congress happily obliged their largest campaign funders and granted them immunity. Even if a pharmaceutical company’s jab injures or kills people, the pharmaceutical companies cannot be sued for damages.

U.S. Code 300aa-22 reads in part: “No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988.”

Vaccine makers are the ONLY drug makers to receive full and absolute immunity from injuries and deaths their drugs cause.

With absolutely nothing to lose, the pharmaceutical companies began producing more vaccines — and the government began “recommending” and requiring those vaxes.

Profits skyrocketed, growing from 750 million dollars in 1986 to 89 BILLION in 2021 — and that was before the COVID jab mandates were implemented.

The Fox is Guarding the Henhouse.

In 1986, Congress also relaxed oversight, which effectively created a revolving door between pharmaceutical companies and the agencies meant to oversee and recommend vaccines — namely the Federal Drug Administration (FDA), which approves drugs, and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), which “recommends” drugs the FDA approves.

In the last 40 years, 9 of the last 10 FDA commissioners either came from a pharmaceutical company, left the FDA to work for a pharmaceutical company, or both.

George W. Bush appointed Mark McClellan as FDA commissioner from 2002-2004, despite McClellan's position as a board member at Johnson & Johnson during the same time.

Bush also appointed Lester Crawford to that role, despite Crawford’s position as a board member at Bexion Pharmaceuticals and a stockholder in Sysco and Kimberly-Clark pharmaceuticals.

Barack Obama’s pick for FDA commissioner, Robert Califf, was a paid consultant for Merck Sharp & Dohme, Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, and Eli Lilly prior to heading the FDA.

Donald Trump replaced Califf with Scott Gottlieb, who went on to serve on Pfizer’s board after leaving the agency.

When Califf left the FDA, he went on to become a paid consultant for Merck Sharp & Dohme, followed by Amgen, F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, Janssen Pharmaceutica, Daiichi Sankyo, Sanofi-Aventis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and AstraZeneca. He also became the director of Portola Pharmaceuticals Inc., an advisor for Proventys Inc., chairman of the medical advisory board of Regado Biosciences Inc., served on the clinical advisory board of Corgentech Inc., and Google Health.

Despite the obvious conflicts of interest past and present, Joe Biden reappointed Califf as FDA commissioner in 2022.

What else has happened since Congress gave vax makers immunity?

• 2.6 million reports of vaccine injuries and deaths in the U.S. alone.

• Autism rates have soared from 1 in 1,000 to 1 in 36.

• Chronic health conditions in children grew from 12.8% to over 54%.

• Vaxxed kids are 2.18 times more likely to have a developmental delay compared to unvaccinated children.

• Vaccinated children are 4.49 times more likely to have asthma than unvaccinated children.

The U.S. government’s own data shows that vaccine injuries are not rare at all. There have been over 2.6 million reports of vaccine injuries and deaths to the government’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). And the government says that those reports represent less than 1% of the actual number of vaccine injuries, meaning that if 2.65 million injuries were reported, then by the U.S. government’s own figures, more than 260 million Americans have been injured or killed by a vaccine since 1990.

But thanks to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986 and the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act of 2005, Big Pharma doesn’t have to pay a single person injured by a vaccine or the families of a single person their vaccines killed ... and that’s just WRONG.

Every day, companies are held financially liable for the people their products injure or kill — including pharmaceutical companies that have been forced over the years to pay trillions of dollars to injured or deceased consumers.

But Congress gave vaccine makers ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY, making vaccine manufacturing the single most profitable endeavor in which a pharmaceutical company can engage — because, under current law, they can NEVER be held accountable for the injuries or deaths their vaccines cause.

It’s time to hold Big Pharma accountable.
