President Donald J. Trump returned to the White House Monday, beginning a whirlwind week in which he plans to sign a record 200 or more executive orders.

President Trump ran on a campaign of “Trump Will Fix It,” and I am confident he will fix many things that are broken in our fair land.

But executive orders cannot fix everything. And right now, President Trump does not have the power to stop the post-birth murder of children that is happening every day from coast to coast.

But Congress CAN by voting YES on HR 21 and S 6, the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (Born Alive Act). President Trump will sign this bill, but we need to get it on his desk.

TODAY through FRIDAY the House and the Senate will be voting on the Born Alive Act — legislation that makes it a crime to kill a child after birth, whether the mothers wanted those children or not.

The sad truth is, in most states around the country, it is perfectly legal to kill a child who survives an abortion. While this sounds too awful to be true, our client Sandra Merritt’s undercover videos reveal that Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry is making huge profits by murdering fully born, fully alive children to butcher them alive to gain higher profits selling those tiny children’s organs to the human organ trafficking circuit.

During a September 2019 court proceeding on one of the cases against Sandra, Liberty Counsel put Stanford University-trained medical researcher Theresa Deisher, Ph.D., on the stand. Dr. Deisher testified to her horror when she realized that living babies were being dissected ALIVE and without anesthesia to obtain their still-beating hearts.

Dr. Deisher gave sworn testimony about her review of studies involving hearts taken from babies aborted at Planned Parenthood facilities. She came to the shocking conclusion that it would have been impossible for those studies to be completed unless the hearts of those infants were still beating when cut out of their chests … and without anesthesia.

John 3:20 tells us, “For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed.”

For decades, billion-dollar global abortion giant Planned Parenthood has tried to hide the truth about their gruesome crimes against humanity.

In 2015, our client Sandra Merritt shined a spotlight into the darkness. Through her undercover journalism for The Center for Medical Progress, Sandra recorded stunning undercover footage revealing Planned Parenthood’s heinous commerce in organs harvested from babies.

The hidden-camera videos our client and her colleague David Daleiden recorded reveal the grotesque truth that not only was the abortion giant actively engaged in human organ trafficking, in some cases, abortion providers were “harvesting” organs from LIVE babies!

Those who might vote against the Born Alive Act are perpetuating the murder of innocents and the barbaric dissection of living, breathing, human beings to satisfy the abortion industry’s thirst for blood and money.

As the news about Planned Parenthood’s human organ trafficking scheme spread, the abortion lobby went into overdrive to crush and silence Sandra.

The gut-twisting truth is that little has changed since Sandra first recorded her undercover videos. Babies continue to be born alive, only to be butchered alive. Sometimes those murders are purposefully scheduled to serve high-paying customers in the organ procurement field, where a single baby organ can garner as much as 17,000 dollars.

Sometimes, those children are born alive and butchered post-delivery for the abortionist’s convenience. Dismembered baby parts can get lost in the mothers’ uterus, making it harder for the abortionists to “recover and eliminate” the remains of the chopped-up child from the womb.

Other “reasons” for post-birth butchering are simply too demonic to understand, as we saw with the macabre abortionist Dr. Kermit Gosnell, who kept jars of severed baby feet in his freezer and on his desk as mementos.

The fact is, on any given day in America, infants are being born alive, then butchered while their tiny hearts still beat.

HR 21 and S 6 state that health care practitioners must provide lifesaving care to any child born alive following an abortion or attempted abortion. Failure to do so will result in massive fines and prison time, as is befitting ANYONE who murders another human being.

Both the House and the Senate are expected to begin procedural votes on the Born Alive Act as early as TODAY, with the final votes happening Thursday and Friday.
