President Donald J. Trump did an amazing thing when he recently issued an executive order banning puberty blockers, hormones, and mutilating surgeries on children under age 19. But there is still a gaping hole leaving struggling and confused children trapped. 

Tens of thousands of children remain trapped in the so-called “trans” agenda — entrapped by the web of LGBTQ lies. 

Left unchecked, many of these children will simply wait until they are 19 years old — an age when the frontal lobe of the brain, which governs decision-making, is still not fully formed — to mutilate their bodies.

The good news is, there is a proven way out of the LGBTQ’s “Trans Trap,” but it is banned in 87 cities and states across our nation. We need your help to overturn these bans! Every gift made to our legal fund today will be DOUBLED in impact. 

Overturn Christian Counseling Bans!

Walt Heyer was one of the early so-called “detransitioners.” After pretending to be a “woman” for nearly a decade, the love of Christ freed Walt from the prison of his confused thinking. The love of Christ, expressed through Christian counseling, was able to heal the deep emotional traumas that led to Walt’s identity crisis.  

It has been nearly 30 years since Walt returned to living like the man God created him to be. In that time, he has turned tragedy into triumph, helping men and women overcome gender dysphoria, now known as “transgenderism.” 

In Walt’s nearly three decades of experience in this realm, he found that most of the people who undergo mutilating surgeries view the decision as “the biggest mistake of their lives.”  

"The surgery they call sex-change or gender reassignment is not a sex or gender change at all, but a means to living out a masquerade through the destruction of perfectly good sexual organs,” Walt says. “The surgery fixed nothing — it only masked and exacerbated deeper psychological problems," 

The “cure” to those problems is not surgery, but Christ-centered Christian counseling, sometimes called “change counseling.” 

But the LGBTQ HATES change counseling, perhaps because it works so well to restore the lives of their agenda destroys. The LGBTQ lobby has pressured more than 100 cities and states nationwide to ban this practice. Liberty Counsel has managed to overturn 23 of those bans, freeing people in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama to seek and receive the Christian counseling of their choice. 

But 87 bans remain on the books — and President Trump cannot simply issue an executive order to make these city and state bans disappear. So, we must continue to fight. 

Help us free the captives from the LGBTQ’s “Transgender” Trap. 

Ken Williams is but one of thousands whose lives have been saved by change counseling. As a young man, he struggled for years with unwanted same-sex attraction.  

"If counseling bans had been law in 1989, blocking me from the therapy I was asking for, I probably would have killed myself. I would not have been satisfied with a government-mandated gay identity," said Ken, discussing his journey out of unwanted same-sex attractions. 

Thank God, Ken was able to access this lifesaving therapy. And what Satan created to destroy, God was able to use for His glory, because today Ken is happily married to a wonderful woman who bore him four beautiful children. And Ken is a licensed pastor who fought the enemy and won, and is now able to minister to others stuck in the trap he was once in.   

I am beyond thankful that President Trump put a stop to these deadly surgical and drug treatments for minors. But unless we overturn each and every one of these change counseling bans, girls and boys nationwide will continue to be trapped in the LGBTQ deadly agenda.  

Liberty Counsel is preparing to sue the states of Michigan, California, and New Jersey to force them to overturn their unlawful change counseling bans. Our goal is to take a case to the U.S. Supreme Court and overturn every ban. 

The First Amendment protects the right of all Americans to seek and receive the Christian counseling of their choice. The LGBTQ adherents cannot simply ban something because they don’t like God. 

We represent those who seeking lifesaving counsel and those who provide Christian counsel to release victims from the transgender trap.
