Many of the servicemen and women who were able to stay in the military as a result of our work continue to be passed over for promotions by the chains of command who insisted on implementing Biden’s unlawful orders. 

Liberty Counsel is now working directly with President Donald Trump’s administration to restore the rank, pay, benefits, and careers of each and every one of the U.S. military members Joe Biden so blatantly abused.

Our staff had a hand in helping craft President Trump’s Executive Order 14184, entitled “Reinstating Service Members Discharged Under the Military's COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate.” 

President Trump’s order welcomes back all military members who were either fired or resigned under pressure rather than take Joe Biden’s dangerous jab. Every returning military member will have their rank, pay, and benefits fully restored. 

In addition to working with the White House, Liberty Counsel is working directly with members of the military to ensure the U.S. Department of Defense never again tries to erase military members’ religious freedom rights.

Our client, Lt. Col. Pete Chambers is one of Biden’s shot victims. Chambers planned on retiring in 2023, after 40 years serving in the U.S. Army. As a flight surgeon and one of only six Green Beret surgeons in the world, Lt. Col. Pete Chambers was ordered to take the jab or lose his job. Chambers was told by his command that “Soldiers will try. Soldiers will fail” to get religious exemptions. 

Military pilots are some of the fittest, healthiest people on the planet. They must be in tip-top shape to survive the extreme gravitational forces resulting from flying the military’s fastest vehicles. But suddenly, men and women who had been in perfect shape just before the shot were suffering from debilitating medical conditions. Worse yet, these ultra fit pilots were suddenly experiencing serious heart problems for the first time in their lives. 

Lt. Col. Chambers became a whistleblower in our case Navy SEAL v. Austin helping to expose the true damage Biden’s unlawful shot orders were causing in the military. Our case helped expose the fact that the Biden administration, the FDA, and the shot makers all KNEW their shots caused demyelination AND myocarditis, but they deliberately hid it from the public as well as the military members they were forcing to take the shots.

Liberty Counsel will not rest until EVERY military career hindered by Joe Biden and his cronies is fully restored.
