Already this year, we have briefed four cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and have multiple cases pending in the federal and state courts, along with hundreds upon hundreds of other cases.

Every day, Liberty Counsel is fighting in courtrooms across America to defend life, religious freedom, and the natural family. And every day, our phones ring with desperate calls from people who need our help.

As of this writing, Liberty Counsel is far short of our monthly goal.

President Donald Trump’s return to the White House gives me great encouragement for the future of America. But even President Trump’s prolific executive orders cannot stop Christians from coast to coast experiencing ongoing abuse. Instead, Liberty Counsel must continue to fight for justice.

Already this year, we have briefed the U.S. Supreme Court on four cases:

• Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, where we are fighting to prohibit taxpayer funding of abortion.

• State of Georgia v. SisterSong Women of Color, where we are fighting to uphold the right to limit and or ban abortion.

• Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board v. Drummond, where we are fighting to stop the state-based discrimination of excluding religious schools from charter school programs.

• Mahmoud v. Taylor, where we are fighting to protect parental religious freedom rights in situations where public schools are forcing students to participate in LGBTQ exercises and ideology.

• Missouri, Kansas, and Idaho v. USDA and HHS, where we are fighting to stop mail-order murder via the abortion drug mifepristone, as well as stopping out-of-state abortionists from violating other state laws.

In addition to the above cases, Liberty Counsel is actively litigating a long list of other cases, including, but not limited to:

• Cirignano v. Two Rivers, where we are defending Larry Cirignano, who merely wanted to pray on the public sidewalk in front of an abortion clinic located between an elementary and a middle school.

• Kim Davis v. Ermold, where we are fighting to protect public servants from being personally sued into bankruptcy for exercising their religious freedom rights.

• Zinski v. Liberty University, where we are fighting an ACLU set-up case designed to force Christian institutions to abandon their Christian doctrine and replace it with an LGBTQ agenda.

• Doe v. Doe, where we are fighting a Maine family court judge’s outrageous child custody order banning a mother from taking her own daughter to church.

Liberty Counsel receives many new requests for legal help every day. These are not just inquiries about a quick resolution or request for information. These are actual cases.

And Liberty Counsel operates on a debt-free basis.
