Last week the U.S. Supreme Court released its opinion in U.S. v. Skrmetti, upholding states’ rights to ban transgender experimentation on minors.

This Thursday, we expect the High Court to rule on other cases we have briefed this session, including: 

• Ending taxpayer-funded abortions.

Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic: The multibillion-dollar international abortion cartel known as Planned Parenthood is fighting to force taxpayers to fund its wholesale child butchering. We’re fighting to stop Planned Parenthood from ever again receiving one red cent of taxpayer dollars. Last year, Planned Parenthood raked nearly 800 million dollars from the federal government alone.

• Defending parental rights against LGBTQ indoctrination.
  

Mahmoud v. Taylor: Public schools in Montgomery County, Maryland, are forcing children to undergo LGBTQ indoctrination, stripping parents of their right to object and withdraw their children from these “mandatory” LGBTQ exercises. At least 22 books indoctrinate children as young as three years old with extreme LBGTQ propaganda.
