Reports say Charlie Kirk’s shooter identified as a “furry,” part of the queer “xenogender” umbrella that allows someone to identify as an animal instead of a human male or female.

Charlie’s killer and the killer's “partner” are, sadly, the result of the destructive LGBTQ ideology that seeks to abolish gender — the cancer underlying Obergefell, which stands for the proposition that gender does not matter in a gender-based relationship of marriage.

Once five lawyers on the U.S. Supreme Court removed gender from a strictly gender-based relationship, the natural next progression is the destruction of gender itself. 

Unable to defend their choices with facts, history, or reason, the LGBTQ is actively silencing any who dare refuse to participate in their delusion. 

Kim Davis has been relentlessly harassed by two men, and now Charlie Kirk has been murdered, both for refusing to participate in the genderless lie. Our case of Davis v. Ermold is now pending at the High Court.

When men or women enter into a same-sex relationship, one assumes the personification of the opposite sex, making a mockery of gender.

In a lesbian relationship, one of the biological women assumes the masculine role. Often this is exhibited through manly haircuts and clothing or gruff and “tough” demeanor. 

In male-male relationships, one of the men assumes the feminine role, assuming girlish vocalization and gestures, and quite often the cattiness embodied by some ungodly women, among other things.

Prior to 2014, when the Supreme Court announced it would hear the Obergefell case, less than 1% of American adults identified as “transgender.” Over the next decade, the percentage of adults remained largely the same. But the number of youth identifying as “transgender” exploded fivefold, according to CDC research published in 2023. 

The LGBTQ and the radical left — still nursing off Alfred Kinsey’s call for a sexual revolution that paved the way for ALL forms of deviancy, including pedophilia, homosexuality, queerness, and yes, even bestiality — promoted this insanity. They promoted it in television shows, in music, and especially in K-12 schools and universities. 

Once the Obergefell opinion was in place, strangers encouraged children to eschew gender and invent their own “reality.” That movement was galvinised by a host of LGBTQ medical professionals encouraging children to undergo highly profitable surgeries and dangerous psychosis-causing drug “interventions” to “create” that new reality.  

The next step has been the growing trend of rejecting human gender altogether, instead “identifying” as a “furry.”

But no matter how many surgeries one undergoes, no matter how many hormones are taken, no matter how many costumes are worn, a person can never change their XX or XY chromosomes. Nor can they force all of humanity, which knows a man cannot be a woman or an animal, to accept their delusion. 

Frustrated by a society unwilling to live their lie and often fueled by mental illness and residuals from hormonal drugs, "gender queers” are acting out their anger. Science has long known that taking high doses of cross-sex hormones causes emotional instability. And in the case of testosterone treatments, the drugs even disconnect the brain’s amygdala region from the frontal lobe region, resulting in lack of impulse control, extreme aggression, and unbridled rage.  

Tyler Robinson, radicalized by this agenda and living with another confused young man, took that anger out with a rifle shot to Charlie Kirk’s neck.  

Robinson’s case shows the extremes Obergefell has caused. Once the difference between male and female was destroyed, it was only the next logical step to destroy human gender altogether and replace it with animals and cartoon characters.

Five lawyers on the Supreme Court may have tried to abolish the historical and biological FACT of gender, via Obergefell, but the American public did not. As a result, Christians have lost their jobs and livelihoods, while others have been murdered in cold blood for refusing to conform to another person’s mental illness. 

Our client, Kim Davis, was Obergefell’s first victim. Through the years, Kim has received a mountain of death threats, none of which have come to fruition, thank the Lord. So, too, have we at Liberty Counsel.  

When Kim refused to play along with the gender-benders’ same-sex marriage deception, two men went on a 10-year-long harassment campaign to punish Kim for refusing to endorse their lie. Kim spent six days in prison and now she must pay her abusers 360,000 dollars —IF the Court does not reverse this case. 

We’re taking Kim’s case to the U.S. Supreme Court — because if someone can be personally sued for using their legal right to religious accommodation, then America has no religious freedom at all. 

But while we are there, we are asking the Supreme Court to overturn the Obergefell ruling that abolished gender, and in doing so, created this entire mess — from Kim Davis’ persecution to Charle Kirk’s assassination.
