A biological BOY won the GIRL’s shotput title in Harris County, WV, beating his female opponents by 3 feet. 

Now he’s leading a case, West Virginia v. B.P.J., at the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn all bans on men in women’s sports. Liberty Counsel filed our brief with the High Court last week, and we need YOUR help in this fight to protect girls and women.

West Virginia banned men in women’s sports in 2021, passing the “Save Women’s Sports Act.” But “Becky” Pepper-Jackson and his parents sued the state to force his way onto the girl’s track and field team.

The Fourth and the Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals (in separate cases before SCOTUS) ruled against biological women, deciding that MEN (who pretend to be women) have a “right” to compete in women’s sports.

Among other things, the LGBTQ proponents claim that if a male child is put on puberty blockers, he no longer has a physical advantage against biological girls.

The mother in the West Virginia case has been cross-dressing her son since he was in third grade and reportedly put the young man on puberty blockers, which is unthinkable.

Yet, despite the puberty blockers, this young man clearly had a massive advantage over his biologically female competitors.

No matter the drugs or hormones this boy takes, his chromosomes are male, not female. Drugs, hormones, and mutilating surgeries do not alter a person’s DNA, which is imprinted on EVERY cell.

This radical and dangerous gender ideology has infiltrated the public schools. It is the motivation behind the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the attempted assassination of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, the shootings at the Minnesota Catholic school — the list goes on and on.

The LGBTQ agenda is destructive. It is harmful to those who are trapped in it. It will erase women. And it is often deadly to those who believe in objective reality. We have faced many death threats because of our firm belief that God created male and female.

But Congress is working to THWART SCOTUS!

Right now, Congress is working on HR 15 and S 1503, aka the “Equality Act.” If passed, this act will turn basic biology on its head and force all of society to accept and promote the “transgender” agenda. That means girls and women will be forced to share their locker rooms, showers, bunkhouses, and sports with biological boys and men.

The legislation effectively establishes LGBTQ as a protected class with more rights than ANY other class of people — including people of faith.

That’s because in addition to forcing men into women’s sports, the Equality Act also specifically revokes the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Religious schools, universities, and even churches will be affected.
