CPS kidnapping children from Christian homes
Parents who refuse to “affirm” their child’s fake LGBTQ identity are being labeled “child abusers”
Child Protective Services (CPS) employees in multiple states have removed children from their homes and terminated their Christian parents’ rights — all because the parents refused to affirm their child’s gender dysphoria or put their children on dangerous cross-sex hormones.
If passed, HR 15, the deliberately misnamed “Equality Act,” will make horrific stories like these common practices, and there won’t be a thing parents can do to protect their children from the “transification” of America.
This bill is dangerously close to passing if we don’t raise a massive ruckus now.
Before we get to the CPS kidnappings, we received heartbreaking news from the U.S. Supreme Court this morning. The Court sadly avoided correcting the mistake made 10 years ago, when five lawyers (three of whom are no longer on the bench) invented a right to same-sex marriage via the Obergefell opinion.
The High Court declined to hear Kim’s case. This is a tragedy for Kim and for religious freedom. Obergefell is an abomination. But we will not give up trying to overturn Obergefell. As I said with Roe v. Wade, it is not a matter of IF but WHEN we will overturn Obergefell, which is the evil at the heart of the LGBTQ agenda. Please keep praying for righteousness in our land and our Lord’s divine protection for Kim Davis.
If you thought living in a conservative state with a Republican governor can save you from the LGBTQ’s designs on your children, you would be wrong.
In April 2023, the good people of Montana passed a law banning gender-affirming drugs and surgeries for minor children. But the ACLU sued, prompting a liberal judge to prevent the law from going into effect.
In August 2023, Montana’s Child and Family Services agency used the opportunity to kidnap Todd and Krista Kolstad’s daughter, whisking the 14-year-old girl across state lines to a “gender affirming” group home where she was put on cross-sex hormones against her parent’s will.
Don’t let CPS enforce the LGBTQ agenda by stealing kids from Christian homes!
Krista says she and her husband were “very clear” with Montana’s CFS that calling their daughter by a boy’s name and pronouns “goes against our values, morals, and our religious beliefs.”
Not only were Todd and Krista prevented from guiding their daughter’s care, but they were also not even allowed to visit or speak with their daughter.
Mary and Jeremy Cox of Indiana are going through a similar nightmare. Indiana Department of Child Services removed their teenage son from their home alleging that the parents’ refusal to refer to their son using pronouns and a name inconsistent with his biological sex was “abuse.”
Upon further investigation, the State of Indiana finally admitted that the allegations of “abuse” against Mary and Jeremy were “unsubstantiated.” However, the state argued the parents’ refusal to accept the child’s “gender identity” was enough to allow the state to revoke the parent’s custody of their own child. The state placed Mary and Jeremy’s son in a “gender affirming” foster home.
Fax Congress NOW and demand they VOTE NO on HR 15.
"This is what every parent is afraid of," Mary and Jeremy said in a press release. "We love our son and wanted to care for him, but the state of Indiana robbed us of that opportunity by taking him from our home and banning us from speaking to him about gender."
Both Montana and Indiana have Republican governors and Republican-majority legislatures. But in both cases, pro-LGBTQ state Child Protective Services and LGBTQ-favoring judges allowed these mentally ill children to be yanked from their parents’ care to “affirm” the children’s delusions.
While these cases might seem like outliers, we are already seeing MORE cases where Christian parents are losing custody of their children over LGBTQ issues. If HR 15 passes, we WILL see even more instances of CPS agency kidnappings for the express purpose of chemically and surgically sterilizing those children without parental consent.
HR 15, the deliberately misnamed “Equality Act,” is a grave threat to parental rights. Pushed by progressive Democrats and the relentless LGBTQ lobby, the legislation imposes radical gender ideology — including childhood “gender affirmation” — upon every American, opening the door to allow government agencies to remove gender-confused children from parents who refuse to bow to the “transgender” agenda.
If HR 15 passes, neither your governor nor your legislature nor YOU will be able to protect and guide your own children. Pastors and churches will be forbidden from speaking against transgender ideology or face discrimination lawsuits akin to racial discrimination. Parents will be required to “affirm” their children’s gender delusions or lose custody.
And don’t bet on state leaders to protect you — unless we make some noise NOW.
Eight Republicans joined Democrats in voting for this same piece of legislation back in 2019. Thankfully, that measure narrowly failed. However, the latest version of the Equality Act (HR 15) has 213 votes. Democrats only need FIVE Republicans to join them to dissolve parental rights in favor of the LGBTQ agenda.
The rabid LGBTQ lobby is working overtime to rob children of their innocence. Liberty Counsel is fighting back in Washington as well as in courtrooms across the nation.
