California woman loses gym membership after being accosted by a man in ladies’ locker room

Tish Hyman is a workout fanatic, constantly in the gym to stay healthy and strong. A Gold’s Gym of Los Angeles always felt like a safe place to work out, that is until a man decided HE had more of a right to be in the women’s locker room than actual women like Tish.

Four times in two weeks, Tish complained to gym management that men were invading the women’s locker room. Gold's Gym Beverly Center, where this occurred, was acquired by EoS Fitness just a couple of weeks ago.

Tish wasn’t the only one who complained about the men. Several other women filed complaints arguing that the men’s invasion was making them feel unsafe. But the gym did nothing to protect the women.

Last week, Tish was in the locker room changing clothes when a man came up behind her and sneered a filthy expletive in her ear.

"I was in shock. I was scared,” says Tish, who was naked when the man accosted her. “I told him to leave. He would not leave.”

"He said to me, verbatim, ‘Straight women like to see D [men’s genitals] so if anything, they’re looking at me more than you,’" Tish recalls. "I was in complete shock.”

Tish hastily covered herself, then ran out of the locker room screaming for help. Several men from the gym intervened and got the offending man out of the ladies’ locker room.

But when gym management arrived, they kicked Tish out of the gym and canceled her membership! In a video posted to social media, Tish can be heard telling gym management, “You can’t get rid of me for this! I am a woman and I have every right not to want a man in the room when I am naked!”

“I'm being punished for speaking up,” Tish says. “I'm being punished for not wanting to be naked in front of men in the restroom."

• Bickford v. Bradeen: A judge has banned a mother from taking her own daughter to church because the church supports the biblical view of human sexuality and marriage. I argued this case last month at the Maine Supreme Court.
• Grossenbach v. University of AZ: U of AZ professor was fired for speaking out at his children’s school board meeting against LGBTQ indoctrination in his children's school. 
• Miss North Florida: Has not been permitted to enjoy any of the benefits that come with her title as she refused to sign a document that boys can be girls if they’ve had surgery to remove body parts.
• Los Angeles librarian fired: For refusing to participate in LGBTQ transgender ideals. 
• Pastors lose their Realtor licenses: Two pastors, one in Montana and one in Virginia, have lost their Realtor licenses because their churches believe in God’s design for men, women, sexuality, and marriage. 
• Calvary Chapel Maine church property sale: LGBTQ advocates are trying to block a real estate sale to a church because they accuse the church of “hate speech” for its biblical teaching on marriage and sexuality.

No person should be punished for their faith. And no woman should be forced to be naked in front of a man.

"Men, think of your wives, sisters, mothers, and daughters,” Tish says. "Stop men from bullying, harassing, and assaulting women in locker rooms."

Unfortunately, California has a law that grants men the “right” to invade women’s private spaces any time they want, whether women want them there or not. And if HR 15, the “Equality” Act of 2025, passes, California’s insanely dangerous gender-bending law will be the law of our entire land, and there will be no private safe spaces for women anywhere.
