Professor Fired for Protecting His Children

Ethics professor fired for faith and family
Help us defend parents who speak out for their children

Imagine being fired from your job — not for poor performance, not for misconduct — but for standing up for your children and your Christian faith.

That’s exactly what happened to Professor Daniel Grossenbach at the University of Arizona. Daniel dared to speak out against LGBTQ indoctrination policies in his young children’s public school. The school’s policies included promoting gender confusion among very young children and encouraging teachers to hide that information from parents. Daniel politely spoke at his children’s public school board meeting, and for that, he is being punished.

Liberty Counsel is fighting back. But we need your help.

The Case of Professor Daniel Grossenbach v. University of Arizona
Daniel was a respected ethics professor at the University of Arizona and the father of two young children.
Daniel’s son attends a public school in Arizona’s Santa Catalina Mountains. Daniel discovered the school was secretly encouraging children to identify as the opposite sex and instructing teachers to hide this from parents. One of the teachers who received this email released it to the parents. Daniel, along with other parents, raised these concerns at school board meetings. By the way, the public school has no connection to the University of Arizona.
Daniel’s stand to protect his children enraged LGBTQ activists. They retaliated with a social media campaign encouraging LGBTQ adherents from around the country to file baseless complaints against Daniel with the university. Despite his stellar record and no contractual violations, the university terminated Daniel because he dared exercise his First Amendment, Title VII religious freedom rights, and parental rights.
Daniel is a Christian who believes God created each person male or female. His faith compelled him to speak out against the public school’s clandestine effort to indoctrinate children and deceive parents. The Supreme Court recently affirmed in Mahmoud v. Taylor that parents have the right to protect their children from LGBTQ indoctrination. But the LGBTQ cult is fighting harder to silence and punish anyone, especially Christians, who stand against their destructive genderless ideology.
Liberty Counsel has filed suit against the University of Arizona. But we’re up against a 1.5-billion-dollar institution. Daniel can’t fight this battle alone.

And One More Thing…
Congress is pushing the grossly misnamed “Equality Act,” which would revoke religious freedom rights and silence churches, pastors — and even you.
If the Equality Act passes, Professor Daniel Grossenbach won’t be the only Christian to lose his job for adhering to his faith.
VOTE NO on the Equality Act of 2025.

Together, we can defend Daniel and every Christian parent under attack. Thank you for standing with us!
