Since 1989, Liberty Counsel has had the privilege of defending some of America’s heroes.

One such person is Kim Davis.

For 10 years, we defended her all the way to the Supreme Court to overturn Obergefell v. Hodges, which was imposed on America by five activist lawyers. After spending six days in prison for her Christian faith, Kim obtained the accommodation she requested — to remove her name from the marriage licenses.

While the Justices did not take up Kim’s case, Liberty Counsel will continue the fight. It is not a matter of IF, but WHEN Obergefell will be overturned. We will not rest until that happens. And it will happen.

Liberty Counsel never charges our clients. Few could afford the costs. We continue to fight because of the faithful support of friends like you!

Liberty Counsel is in an elite class when it comes to use of donor funds. Our non-donor income covers all administrative and fundraising expenses. Most of the non-donor income derives from attorney’s fees and costs that are recoverable from a government defendant. For the donor, this means 100% of every dollar goes directly to Liberty Counsel programs. And Liberty Counsel operates on a debt-free basis.
