Three major medical associations sued for deliberately  misleading people about “trans” drugs and mutilating surgeries

The Florida attorney general filed suit against the three leading medical associations pushing the lie of “trans care” on children and adults: the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), the Endocrine Society (ES), and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

The Florida v. WPATH complaint details much of the research Liberty Counsel has already published on these groups and their dubious claims, including citing the work of my dear departed friend and Liberty Counsel colleague, Dr. Judith Reisman, in this area.

“These companies are making billions off of child abuse,” said FL Attorney General James Uthmeier in a statement to Fox News.

Last month’s court filing exposes how these three organizations:

• Committed racketeering to mislead the public.
• Broke nearly every possible rule of scientific standards.
• Encouraged conflicts of interest.
• Violated their own written standards to appease Joe Biden’s trans assistant health secretary, Richard/Rachel Levine, who demanded child “gender changes” be performed at any age, no matter how young.
• Engaged in widespread false advertising to promote claims they knew were false, among other things.

For years, these three organizations have claimed that pediatric “gender-affirming care” is safe and effective, and that failure to perform “gender transitions” on children would result in those children committing suicide. From coast to coast, that information was used to scare parents to medically mutilate their children. 

The evidence presented in the Florida lawsuit shows these organizations LIED.

• The perpetrators colluded to hide their own data, which disproved their own claims.
• They used their political connections (like Dr. Levine) to bury any legitimate studies that contradicted their bogus claims.
• They even tried to threaten Johns Hopkins University researchers into silence regarding data that contradicted their claims.
• And, as revealed in their own leaked files, the organizations took these steps to enrich the organizations and their members.
