FL lawsuit defendants allegedly conspired to abuse children

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier filed suit last week against three medical associations alleging they engaged in a sickening conspiracy to con parents and force children into irreversible chemical castration and mutilating surgeries — so that they could make more money.  

The World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH), the Endocrine Society (ES), and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) are accused of deliberately LYING about their own studies, colluding to suppress truthful studies that contradicted their claims, and engaged in racketeering in order to reap BILLIONS of dollars off the backs of innocent children.

The court filings are damning — and so is the information Liberty Counsel will file with the court. We’ve been battling the “trans” agenda since the early 1990s.

The defendants in Florida v. WPATH, et al. have a problem: There is no credible evidence that these interventions alleviate gender dysphoria.

To hide the fact that NO true scientific evidence existed, WPATH recruited the ES and AAP. The groups then embarked on a campaign to con patients, insurance companies, regulators, and judges by colluding on a scheme to invent their own “clinical guidelines” recommending chemical and surgical interventions for pediatric gender dysphoria.

To ensure their scheme was adopted, the groups used fear to intimidate parents. They instructed doctors worldwide that gender-confused children faced exponentially higher suicide rates if they were not allowed to “transition” to the opposite appearance. 

To ensure their ruse would not be exposed, the three organizations refused to publish the data they used to support their conclusions — because their own data contradicted their claims. 

In fact, every credible study available found that gender dysphoria almost always resolves after a child gets through puberty, and that the best and safest way to treat gender dysphoria is through talk therapy (like Christian change counseling), not drugs or surgical interventions. But the organizations used their political influence to bury those scientifically accurate studies.

These three organizations did not want the truth to be known. After all, there is a LOT of money at stake. Surgeons associated with these groups rake in millions of dollars per year, slicing healthy breasts off of teenage girls. The endocrine drug makers and pushers make millions from puberty blockers and lifelong hormone prescriptions.

By 2022, the “gender-affirming care” industry in the U.S. was booming at 4.1 BILLION dollars per year and is anticipated to grow to 8 billion by 2030.

That's a lot of money to lose if the REAL data ever got out to the public.

So, the three organizations created a circle of deceit. If someone questioned WPATH, they were pointed to ES, which made the same claims. If someone questioned AAP, they pointed to WPATH or ES. But what no one truly understood until now is that the three organizations had colluded on their desired outcomes from the beginning and presented much of their information as if it were independent. And worst of all, the three organizations KNEW they were pushing dangerous LIES.

The organizations got their biggest boon when Joe Biden appointed a cross- dressing, makeup-wearing man as assistant secretary of health. Dr. Richard/Rachel Levine was so intent on recruiting more LGBTQ members that he pushed the groups to drop any age limitations for these drugs or surgeries.

The organizations initially recommended that the drugs and surgeries not be prescribed until 16 years old. Then it dropped to 12. Then it dropped to 9. But even 9 years old wasn’t young enough for Dr. Levine. He demanded that the organizations remove ANY age restrictions, effectively allowing even infants and toddlers to be forced into the “trans” trend.

Now seems to be a good time to remind people that the clinical definition of “queer” includes more than 550 sexual deviancies, including pedophilia. My late friend and Liberty Counsel colleague Dr. Judith Reisman’s life work was dedicated to exposing the LGBTQ’s sickening agenda for our children. And I am pleased to see her work cited in the State of Florida’s lawsuit.

True scientific study requires that researchers be objective, with no conflicts of interest. Yet WPATH’s board of directors and cherry-picked scientists prove objectivity was the last thing the organization desired. Instead, WPATH recruited researchers based on conformity to the group’s predetermined desired results. WPATH’s board is almost entirely made up of “trans” individuals, trans activists with a “trans” family member, and doctors profiting off of “trans” procedures.

WPATH, ES, and the APP’s lies have been used to ban Christian change counseling in over 100 cities and states. Liberty Counsel overturned 24 of those bans in Florida, Alabama, and Georgia, but 87 bans remain on the books. And now we are fighting at the U.S. Supreme Court, filing briefs in Chiles v. Salazar to ensure that no trans activist can ever again ban lifesaving talk therapy just because it is Christian.
