United Airlines FIRED employees for requesting religious exemptions from the COVID shots 

Liberty Counsel just filed suit against United Airlines for unlawfully terminating a decorated former Navy pilot with 35 years' experience

Title VII federal law states that an employer MUST actively interact with employees to accommodate their religious beliefs. But United Airlines purposefully violated that law, firing pilots, flight attendants, and even remote employees who requested religious exemptions that would protect them from being forced to take the controversial COVID shots.

This week, Pfizer celebrated the five-year anniversary of the COVID shot.

Since that first shot, there have been 2,700,266 injuries in the U.S. alone, as reported to the CDC’s vaccine injury tracking program, known as VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System).

Many people refuse to take a drug that uses cells from aborted babies, and some do not want to harm their bodies with an experimental shot.

Many religious people refuse to take any drug created by man, preferring instead to rely on whole plant or natural medicine.

Sincere religious beliefs are protected under Title VII and employers are required to explore reasonable accommodation options.

In the case of our pilot, the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) just issued a letter stating there is “probable cause” that United Airlines violated Title VII when it fired our client, First Officer Christopher Gates, rather than accommodating him.

With that ruling, Liberty Counsel is now moving forward, seeking justice for Mr. Gates along with other terminated United employees.

The Pfizer shot’s anniversary is marred by the troves of data that have come out since the shot was forced on the public. 

Those 2.7+ million shot injuries included hundreds of thousands of hospitalizations, 74,272 permanent disabilities, 22,420 heart attacks, and 29,907 cases of myocarditis and pericarditis.

Those VAERS reports only represent ONE PERCENT of total injuries, as 99% of shot injuries never get reported.

The sheer number of reported shot injuries is so high, that in June, the FDA forced Pfizer and Moderna to add warning labels to the COVID vaccines, informing the public that these vaccines are known to cause myocarditis (an often fatal inflammation of the heart) and pericarditis (inflammation of the fluid-filled sack around the heart).

Both of these conditions cause what were once perfectly healthy adults to “die suddenly” of fatal heart attacks.

Last week, CNN broke the news that the FDA is considering adding a “Black Box Warning” to the COVID shots due to the skyrocketing number of fatal and near-fatal side effects caused by the shots. Black box warnings are the strongest warning the FDA gives a dangerous drug, short of pulling a dangerous drug from the market.

For our clients, following their religious beliefs in refusing the shot likely saved their health and their lives. But it cost them their jobs. In the case of First Officer Gates, this ended his career after faithfully flying for United 25 years, after retiring from the Navy with 10 years of flight experience and the Instructor of the Year award.

At present, we are filing three separate lawsuits on behalf of a United pilot, a United flight attendant, and a United employee who worked remotely from her own home and never interacted with other United staff. We expect we will likely have other litigants in the near future.
