Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” — Jeremiah 1:4-5 

God prepared Jeremiah from before his birth for the work of a prophet. Then at the right time, Jeremiah responded faithfully to God’s call. 

Since 1989, God has called Liberty Counsel to protect and defend human life, from the moment of conception until natural death.  

On June 24, 2022, we celebrated when the U.S. Supreme Court finally overturned the horrible 1973 Roe v. Wade and 1992 Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey abortion decisions! In fact, the High Court cited our amicus brief in Dobbs, which was a great honor! 

Now as a result, Planned Parenthood announced that 200 out of its 600 facilities nationwide could close due to federal defunding! The closures are a result of President Donald Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill,” which passed in July 2025 and enacted a one-year ban on federal taxpayer dollars funding abortion providers through Medicaid reimbursements. We worked hard to secure the passage of this bill. 

However, the work continues as the deadly abortion pill mifepristone is being shipped throughout the nation, even in pro-life states. That is why we launched AbortionInOurWater.org, which has caught the attention of Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in his second Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) report.  

We will not stop fighting until there are no more abortions! We need to restore a culture of life and protect women and children.
