Surprising News About Young People

Dec 30, 2025

Young people are flooding to churches

But certain “woke” school administrators are trying to stop the surge!

For the first time in modern history, young people are attending church more often than older generations, 2025 research shows. According to a recent study, Gen Z (people born between 1997-2012) and Millennials (born between 1981-1996) attend church more regularly than their parents or even their grandparents and great-grandparents!

And I believe YOU played a major role in this joyous shift. I’ll explain more about that in a moment.

But first, “woke” school administrators in multiple public-school districts are trying to stop this pro-God trend in its tracks. They are unlawfully banning the after-school Bible clubs that, thanks to your support, helped to fuel the spread of Christianity among our nation’s youth!

Don’t let woke public schools ban after-school Bible clubs!

Support our legal fund today, and let the Year-End Challenge Grant DOUBLE your impact. But hurry! The grant expires at MIDNIGHT tomorrow night!

Nine school districts in six separate states (three of which are in California), banned “Good News” after-school Bible clubs, which is a ministry of our client Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF). We filed suit Rhode Island, Hawaii, and the Oakland, California, Unified School District. And we are preparing litigation in other cases.

These schools are more than happy to host LGBTQ clubs, and a multitude of secular after-school groups, but Christian after-school clubs have been unlawfully blocked at every turn.

CEF is FUELING this new surge in young Christians!

The age 4-to-14 window is the most crucial developmental period in a child’s life. Statistics show that nearly 85% of people who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior make that first commitment before the ages of 12-14. Nearly 70% of people who are called to the mission field also feel the initial call between the ages of 4 and 14. This “4-14 window” represents the critical formative years in young lives.

CEF Good News Clubs exist to ensure that this critical window is filled with the good news of Christ instead of with the deceptions of the secular world.

Research released by Barna shows that as of 2025, Gen Z and Millennials attend church more regularly than any other generation, including Gen X, Boomers, and the elderly!

For over 25 years, Liberty Counsel has defended hundreds of CEF’s Good News Clubs against anti-Christian public school administrators who have tried to unlawfully ban these extraordinary after-school Bible clubs. We have never lost a Good News Club case.

Gen Z and Millennials were still in school when we began fighting the bans. YOUR DIRECT FINANCIAL SUPPORT enabled us to overturn those bans and bring after-school Good News Clubs to thousands of children from coast to coast.

And now those children are grown and attending church more regularly than their parents and grandparents, thanks to YOUR support

But because CEF is so effective, many cities and states are STILL trying to shut down this “Good News” ministry! And Liberty Counsel is headed back to court to defeat them.

Help us overturn these after-school Bible Club bans by supporting our legal fund today. Every donation made by MIDNIGHT, tomorrow, December 31, will be DOUBLED by a special Year-End Challenge Grant. Please give generously.

Independent research performed by Barna reveals that a person’s moral foundations are generally in place by age 9, albeit with some adjustments; these values are formed early. Barna also found that a person’s response to the meaning and personal value of Jesus Christ’s life, death, and resurrection is usually determined by age 18, and often earlier, by age 12.

Barna’s research gives modern scientific proof to the biblical passage, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6).

Even the secular philosopher Aristotle agreed, saying, “Give me a child until he is 7 and I will show you the man.”

For years, we have been praying in the spirit of 2 Chronicles 7:14, and I believe this new trend, where it’s “cool” for kids to attend church, is a result of those prayers.

But I also believe this generational shift toward God is a result of your financial support, which allowed us to get CEF’s Good News Clubs in schools from coast to coast. We need to keep this “Good News” trend going!

Will you help support the spread of the gospel to school children? Support our legal fund and let the Year-End Challenge Grant DOUBLE your impact. But hurry! The grant ends TOMORROW NIGHT, December 31, at midnight your time. Please don’t miss this opportunity to help spread the Good News! Give Now!

Finally, may God bless you and your family in 2026!
