HALF of our current cases are defending Christians against LGBTQ attack
Help Liberty Counsel defend religious liberty and parental rights in 2026!
In 2025, half of our cases were defending Christians against the LGBTQ agenda. I have listed just a handful of these outrageous cases below, and our phones continue to ring with more pleas for help every day, proving that much of 2026 will be spent continuing to protect families, children, and Christian institutions.
The “queer” (their word, not mine) movement seeks to silence and punish Christians for their faith, even as they push forward with their wicked agenda of recruiting, sterilizing, and mutilating God’s beautiful creation.
STOP the LGBTQ attacks on Christians! Support our legal fund and a special Year-End Challenge Grant will DOUBLE your impact!
We are representing parents, students, teachers, military members, counselors, employers, employees, Christian ministries, and everyday Christian Americans who have been harassed, sued, or fired from their jobs for the mere act of being Bible-believing Christians. The following list is a very small sample:
- Bickford v. Bradeen: The judge banned the mother from taking her own child to church, because the church teaches that marriage is between one man and one woman. he court “expert” said that exposure to these Christian teachings could be “psychologically harmful” to 12-year-old Ava.
- Zinski v. Liberty University: A man who wants to “identify” as a “woman” is suing one of our nation’s largest Christian universities to challenge its Christian doctrine and replace it with LGBTQ ideals.
- Calvary Chapel Maine church property sale: LGBTQ advocates are trying to block a real estate sale to a church because they accuse the church of “hate speech” for its biblical teaching on marriage.
- CEF — multiple cases nationwide: Schools are attempting to ban Child Evangelism Fellowship’s Good News Clubs while promoting and hosting LGBTQ clubs.
- Tarpo v. Clackamas: A Christian social worker was fired for objecting to the county’s planned “Government-Mandated Trans” policy.
- Etsy coffee mug maker: LGBTQ activists accused a Christian artist of “discrimination” for refusing to create a pro-LGBTQ coffee mug that violates the artist’s religious beliefs.
- Grossenbach v. University of AZ: A University of AZ ethics professor was fired for speaking out at his children’s school board meeting against LGBTQ indoctrination in his children's school, which the school was hiding from parents.
- Los Angeles librarian fired: A librarian was fired for refusing to use biologically incorrect pronouns.
- LGBTQ teacher v. Bible club teacher: A California LGBTQ teacher relentlessly harassed a Bible club teacher until she quit. When the second Bible club teacher refused to quit, he began filing bogus complaints because he hated that she was spreading Christianity in after-school Bible clubs.
- Pastors fired from part-time secular jobs: Multiple cases involving a part-time pastor who was fired from a library job or other pastors from their real estate jobs because of their beliefs about God’s design for men, women, and marriage.
- Maj. Worley v. Gov. Brad Little and the Idaho National Guard: After Major Worley posted his Bible-based views regarding men in women’s locker rooms and drag queens in preschools on his personal social media account, his chain of command declared him to be an “extremist” and removed him from command.
These are just a handful of the cases we have on our docket. But we need your help. Liberty Counsel never charges our clients, because we know that few people could afford to defend themselves against the near endless resources of government agencies. Instead, our clients rely on YOU, the faithful Liberty Counsel supporter to ensure that life, religious liberty, and the natural family are fully protected.
