Another violent “trans” attack on political enemies — this time targeting VP JD Vance and his family
The attack comes just as the U.S. Supreme Court is about to hear oral arguments in the West Virginia and Idaho trans sports cases.
On January 13, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in West Virginia v. B.P.J and Little v. Hecox. The cases have been combined before the High Court as they both have the same central issue: biological men fighting to steal real women’s rights by invading sports and private spaces.
Liberty Counsel has filed briefs in both cases. This is just one of many cases where we are fighting this destructive gender ideology.

On Monday, 26-year-old William DeFoor attempted to break into Vice President J.D. Vance’s family home in Ohio, using a hammer to smash several windows before the U.S. Secret Service stopped him.
Thank the Lord, VP Vance, his wife, Usha, and their three small children were not at home, having just recently left to return to Washington, D.C.
Mr. DeFoor prefers to be called “Julia,” according to his social media accounts, and uses “she/her” pronouns, despite being very much a biological man. With DeFoor a graduate of parochial schools, the attack may have been a backlash against Vance’s Catholic faith and firm biblical stance that God created man and woman and never makes a mistake.
Whatever DeFoor’s reasons, one thing is clear — mentally and emotionally stable people do not use violence to punish their political enemies. But the trans movement has an increasing history of doing just that.
The list of trans attacks goes on and on, and continues to grow.
Help us STOP the CARNAGE by supporting our legal fund today.
DeFoor’s actions come just as the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in West Virginia v. B.P.J. and Little v. Hecox. Both West Virginia and Idaho passed laws banning biological men from participating in women’s sports. Both states were sued by biological men who want to continue stealing women’s sports and competitive titles, scholarships, and opportunities.
Please pray that the High Court rules on the side of undeniable biology and sanity.
These violent trans attacks illustrate the importance of another of our cases: change counseling. Mr. DeFoor was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, a city that has banned Christian Change Counseling for the last 10 years. The other trans attackers listed above also lived in areas where change counseling is banned.
Christian change counseling has been proven to HEAL gender dysphoria and help a patient to embrace their God-given identity. Yet each of the clearly troubled individuals above were DENIED the opportunity to heal their gender dysphoria and mental health, thanks to the change counseling bans.
Bowing to “queer” (their word, not mine) pressure, over 100 cities and states banned Christian change counseling. Liberty Counsel overturned 23 of these bans. And now, in Chiles v. Salazar, the Supreme Court is poised to decide if the remaining bans will be allowed to stand. We set this case up for the High Court, which heard oral arguments on October 27 of last year. We filed briefs in Chiles, and we prayerfully await the Court’s ruling.
