Men are not women — Pretending otherwise is insane
University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaines tied with biological male William “Lia” Thomas during the 2022 NCAA women’s swimming championship. At the award ceremony, the trophy was only given to Thomas, the man who robbed Gaines of what was rightfully hers.
North Carolina high school student Payton McNabb dreamed of becoming a college athlete. But her career was tragically cut short in 2022 when a volleyball spiked by a biological male came within inches of killing her. The male opponent pretending to be a woman spiked the ball into McNabb’s head so hard that she suffered a traumatic brain injury, a brain bleed, partial paralysis, loss of peripheral vision on her right side, memory loss, and confusion.
She later said, “It was 100% avoidable, if only my rights as a female athlete had been more important than a man’s feelings."
Tomorrow the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in West Virginia v. B.P.J and Little v. Hecox. Both have the same central issue: biological men fighting to steal women’s rights by invading women’s sports and private spaces.
Liberty Counsel filed briefs in these cases. We continue to push back against the radical gender ideology. When you support Liberty Counsel, our new Challenge Grant will DOUBLE YOUR gift.
Both of these instances are a direct result of radical gender ideology and the rejection of biological truth. When men are allowed in women’s sports and private spaces, safety and fairness go out the window.
The federal law known as Title IX was designed to give WOMEN opportunities in sports. Allowing men to pretend to be women hurt women — indeed, the demonic notion that a person can change their gender is dangerous. This is why tomorrow’s oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court matter.
This is just one of the cases where we are fighting this destructive gender ideology.
Our team of attorneys filed briefs in these cases before the Supreme Court, arguing that only biology should carry the day under Title IX, not “gender identity” that differs from “a person’s biological and chromosomal reality.”
Pray that the Court will side with common sense and rule that states may lawfully BAN biological men from competing in women’s sports.
About half of our cases intersect in some way with this dangerous gender ideology. This is the critical battle over religious freedom, life, and family. To suggest that a person can create themselves in their own image is outright rebellion against God, our Creator. The results are disastrous.
Just ask Chloe Cole and so many others who were fed the lie, mutilated their bodies, and now suffer the consequences.
