In 2020, the National Health System of England commissioned a review of so-called “transgender medicine.” The report was damning, revealing that WPATH had DELIBERATELY misrepresented data in order to herd more children into their irreversible chemical and surgical transgender trap.

In 2025, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services commissioned its own review. The results were even more shocking. According to the review, three organizations — the Endocrine Society, The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and headed by WPATH — colluded to deliberately misrepresent scientific data, with an agenda designed to herd innocent and vulnerable children into irreversible — and highly profitable — “transgender” medical procedures.

Systematic Deception

Both the British and the American reviews reveal that WPATH engaged in a long-running, coordinated scheme to misrepresent the scientific evidence supporting medical interventions for pediatric gender dysphoria, particularly puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and mutilating gender rejection surgeries.

WPATH falsely marketed its Standards of Care (SOC) as “evidence-based clinical guidelines” despite knowing that evidence supporting these interventions was weak, inconclusive, or nonexistent.

WPATH continued making definitive safety, reversibility, and efficacy claims even after multiple independent systematic reviews concluded that the evidence base does not justify such assertions.

WPATH’s representations misled parents, patients, insurers, regulators, and courts — and that’s against the law.

“Circular Guidelines” and Manufactured Consensus

WPATH helped create an illusion of medical consensus through circular citation practices. Research shows that WPATH’s successive versions of their “Standards of Care” (SOC) repeatedly cited:

• Earlier WPATH guidelines.

• Endocrine Society guidelines that WPATH helped write or co-sponsor.

• Pediatric policy statements from the AAP that, in turn, relied on WPATH and Endocrine Society documents.

This closed loop of mutual citation created the appearance of broad professional agreement despite the absence of rigorous underlying evidence. Sadly, many courts and policymakers relied on this perceived consensus when evaluating legal challenges to state medical regulations, compounding the harm.

False Claims About Reversibility and Mental Health Benefits

Data also shows that WPATH falsely claimed pediatric medical interventions are:

• “Fully reversible” (particularly puberty blockers).

• Effective in reducing dysphoria.

• Protective against suicidality.

Yet each of these claims have been proven FALSE by later systematic reviews commissioned by national health authorities in Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom (The Cass Review), and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. These unbiased, scientifically sound reviews found:

• No credible proof that blockers are fully reversible.

• No reliable evidence of long-term mental health benefits for minors.

• Inadequate data on neurodevelopmental and fertility effects.

• Insufficient evidence to support claims of suicide prevention.

Despite this, WPATH continued to present categorical claims of safety and benefit without disclosing the near-complete lack of evidence behind their claims.

Unable to reproduce, the trans pushers must recruit members into their twisted, unscientific, and deviant world of gender bending. And there is BIG MONEY to be made in poisoning and mutilating children. The surgeries themselves are a multimillion-dollar business. Because patients who do “transition” must remain on drugs for the rest of their lives, the Endocrine Society- and the Big Pharma-sponsored American Academy of Pediatrics and the pharmaceutical companies themselves stand to make billions over the lifetimes of these deceived souls. 

 The clear implication is that these organizations colluded not to protect children’s health, but to create highly profitable customers for life.
