Groundbreaking Verdict

NY banned the lifesaving Christian counseling she needed

Now Congress is trying to BAN this lifesaving therapy NATIONWIDE to appease the "trans" pushers!

Isabella “Fox” Varian, now 22, just won a first-of-its-kind medical malpractice lawsuit against the psychologist and surgeon who “drove the train” to remove her breasts before she could legally drive a car. In late January, a New York jury awarded Fox 2 million dollars in judgments against the trans pushers who mutilated her young body.

Likely in fear of the slew of malpractice lawsuits to come as a result of the ruling, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, as well as the American Medical Association, hurriedly issued statements advising against “gender transition” surgeries and procedures for minors within 48 hours of the verdict.

But the one thing that could have saved Fox from this trauma — Christian counseling — is still banned in New York. We are fighting this ban with our briefs in Chiles v. Salazar, which is currently before the U.S. Supreme Court. But now Congress is trying to do an end run around the courts by pushing to ban Christian change counseling nationwide.

Don’t let the trans pushers in Congress BAN lifesaving Christian counseling! This bill has 215 representatives and 46 senators as co-sponsors, meaning it is DANGEROUSLY close to passing!

Demand Congress VOTE NO on HR 15 and S 1503: The Equality Act.

Claire Deacon didn’t have the option of getting Christian change counseling when her 16-year-old daughter was struggling with mental health issues. The practice is banned in New York.

Instead, Claire and her daughter, Isabella “Fox” Varian, had no choice other than a “gender affirming” psychologist who badgered the mother and child into getting a double mastectomy — even as Fox said she wasn’t sure she wanted to be a boy.

In the wake of her parents’ tumultuous divorce and family instability, Fox was suffering from a host of mental health issues, including anorexia, depression, ADHD, and autism. Seeking help for her distressed daughter, her mother, Claire, began taking Fox to psychologist Kenneth Einhorn. It was the worst mistake of their lives.

According to court testimony, Einhorn put “the idea in Fox’s head” that Fox should medically “transition” into a “boy.” Even though Fox told Einhorn she wasn’t sure she wanted to be a boy, the psychologist “drove the train” compelling Fox to undergo gender rejection surgery in the form of a double mastectomy.

Claire, was dead set against the surgery, at one point telling the doctor, “over my dead body.” Einhorn responded with the worn out and now thoroughly debunked LIE that Claire’s daughter would commit suicide if surgery wasn’t performed. The surgeon who removed Fox’s breasts, Dr. Simon Chin, met with Claire and Fox for just two short visits before rushing the girl under the knife.

Fox now lives as the woman God made her to be — minus two very important organs the trans-pushing psychologist and surgeon badgered her into removing. On February 2, a New York jury ruled the men committed medical malpractice, awarding the now-22-year-old Fox 2 million dollars.

Congress’ Queer Appeasement Measure

Section 2 (a) 7 of the Equality Act attempts to officially label Christian change counseling as a “discredited practice.” Worse yet, if the law as written passes, the law will state that Christian change counseling increases suicide and substance abuse, despite the fact that multiple studies and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) confirm that Christian change counseling is, in fact, the safest and most effective way to treat gender dysphoria, actually REDUCING suicide ideation, substance abuse, and depression.

And because this same section also attempts to officially label Christian change counseling as “a form of discrimination,” it sets a precedent for a NATIONAL BAN on Christian change counseling under anti-discrimination laws.

At least 27 more medical malpractice lawsuits filed by “detransitioners” mutilated by the trans pushers are making their way through the courts. With this ruling, I expect a flood of new lawsuits will be filed. Hopefully, the judgments will create a chilling effect preventing the gender rejection industry from poisoning and mutilating more children.

Meanwhile, 87 cities and states continue to ban Christian change counseling, just like New York did. These bans are feeding the gender mutilation machine by preventing patients from receiving the safe, effective, and proven lifesaving Christian change counseling.

Liberty Counsel overturned 23 of those bans in our case Otto v. Boca. Now the U.S. Supreme Court is considering whether to overturn the more than 87 bans still on the books in Chiles v. Salazar. We have filed our briefs with the High Court, but WE NEED YOUR HELP to continue fighting for the patients who desperately want this lifesaving therapy but whose local governments have made it a CRIME to provide and receive it.

These kids need our help. Every donation made to our legal fund today will be DOUBLED by a special Challenge Grant. Please give generously today.

Please keep praying for the hundreds of thousands of young people who have been deceived by the LGBTQ and the highly profitable gender mutilation industry. And please, pray the U.S. Supreme Court ENDS the bans on Christian change counseling.
