Miss America Organization threatens to SUE Kayleigh Bush for exposing its contract that says a “male” can be a “female”

The Miss America Organization’s new contract allows biological males to compete and steal the hallowed scholarships and titles the organization has been offering to young women for more than 100 years.

Now the organization is threatening to SUE our client, 2025 Miss North Florida winner Kayleigh Bush, for telling the TRUTH about Miss America’s new contract that says “female” can include a “male.” Imagine a male Miss America! The thought is repulsive.

Miss America’s WOMAN problem...

Kayleigh Bush won the Miss North Florida crown in 2025. But in order to proceed to the Miss Florida competition, the Miss America Organization demanded she sign a new contract — one in which she would agree that the definition of “female” includes a “male.” 

But boys cannot be girls!  

The contract requires males who want to compete to have their genitals surgically removed and undergo a “vaginoplasty” — where a plastic surgeon “creates” new “female” genitals. Section 2.3.5.1 of the contract states: 

2.3.5.1. Sex. The Applicant must be a Female. “Female” means a born female or an individual who has fully completed Sex Reassignment Surgery via Vaginoplasty (from male to female)... (emphasis added). 

It gets worse.

NO child should have their genitals removed.

It’s bad enough when grown adults take these steps to mutilate their bodies. But now the Miss America Organization’s contract includes minors, which, by the way, is contrary to Florida law and public policy. 

The same contract states that boys who have had these irreversible surgeries before the age of 14 may compete in the Miss America pageant.

In Florida, puberty blockers, hormones, and mutilating surgeries for minors are ILLEGAL. And this is true in more than half the states. In fact, in 2025, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the right of states to protect children by banning these procedures.

Last month, a New York jury awarded 2 million dollars against a psychologist and a plastic surgeon who were part of the team that mutilated a young girl and presented these lies that a person can change their gender.

TMZ reporters caught up with Kayleigh Bush on Capitol Hill last week and asked about her experience with Miss America when she was leaving “She Leads America.” This was a Christian gathering where Kayleigh was crowned “Miss She Leads America.”

When the reporter raised a mic and asked her a question, Kayleigh told the truth — as a Christian and a young woman with common sense, she could not affirm the LIE that a boy could become a “girl” any more than she could add her signature to a document that says a “male” can be a “female” if he had surgery to permanently disfigure his body.

Kayleigh requested a religious exemption from the “bait and switch,” gender-bending new contract. The Miss America Organization REFUSED and then prohibited her from continuing to compete in the Miss Florida pageant. She lost the benefits of the crown she had already won.

Now Kayleigh is being threatened with a lawsuit because Miss America does not want Americans to know about their new gender-bending contract.
