State-funded hospitals refuse to stop gender rejection and child mutilation “services”

We will make sure the Constitution is obeyed

Multiple states and state-funded hospitals are refusing to obey plain law and crystal-clear U.S. Supreme Court rulings. 

Liberty Counsel won the first case in the nation, forcing cities and states to overturn their unconstitutional Christian counseling bans. But now LGBTQ-led states are refusing to obey the Supreme Court’s recent Chiles v. Salazar ruling, which declared Christian counseling bans unconstitutional. 

Christian change counseling is THE most effective way to heal gender confusion. But, to save children from the sterilization and mutilation caused by irreversible surgeries, we must SUE these cities and states.

Multiple states — including California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and also Washington, D.C. — REFUSE to stop child “transitioning” chemical and/or surgical services in direct violation of President Trump’s executive order banning this gruesome practice.

Worse, many of these states also THUMB THEIR NOSES at the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Chiles v. Salazar that declared Christian counseling bans to be unconstitutional.

In Chiles, the Supreme Court ruled that laws banning counseling to help people overcome their unwanted lusts or confusion are unconstitutional. We have litigated against these harmful laws since 2012, and now we have a solid victory from the High Court.

We will not allow these states or any other state or local government to violate the Constitution. If they do not obey, we will file suit to force compliance with the law.

LGBTQ-led cities and states across the nation are so intent on chemically and surgically mutilating children into sexless LGBTQ toys that they are willfully and blatantly refusing to obey the law.

There are only two ways to stop them.

1. Fund our lawsuits forcing rogue governments to drop their unconstitutional bans on Christian counseling.

2. Fax Congress to demand members pass the Chloe Cole Act, to protect America’s children.
