SCOTUS to hold ninth conference on our NY COVID shot case today 

The U.S. Supreme Court will soon decide the next step in our case Does v. Hochul. TODAY, Thursday, June 25, the Justices will conference on whether to take up our challenge to New York’s COVID shot policy forcing health care workers to choose between their faith and their jobs. Not a single religious exemption was granted under this mandate, despite clear federal protections. 

Please pray that the Court takes up this case. This is the ninth time the High Court has conferenced this case, which I believe is an excellent sign.

We are at a decisive moment. If the Court accepts this case, we will be defending religious freedom at the highest level in the nation, and taking on the COVID tyranny Americans lived under just a few years ago.

Here’s what is at stake: The Supreme Court has already taken significant interest in this case by asking the U.S. Solicitor General to weigh in — an important signal that the Justices are seriously considering review. We’ve met with federal officials and submitted extensive materials, and now the Court itself will meet to decide what happens next.

At the same time, we’re also encouraged by recent rulings showing the High Court is strengthening protections for religious freedom. In a related case involving vaccine exemptions, the Court vacated a lower court decision and ordered a reconsideration — signaling that religious liberty protections are broader than some states have claimed.

That momentum gives hope — but it doesn’t guarantee victory. We must be fully prepared to take this case forward at a moment’s notice.
